Brian Dean has the Worst Customer Service I ever had!!

I purchased my New Honda using the Costco auto buying program in partnership with Larry H Miller Honda. Costco sent me a coupon for 50% off up to $200 off parts, services & accessories for this specific dealership which expires Sep. 10, 2020.

I live 2.5 hours away so I called June 5th to setup an oil change and also to use my coupon to buy accessories. I asked the Honda employee if they will accept the 50% off coupon and he said yes. That he will order the accessories and have it ready when I bring in my car on June 20th.

I arrived for my oil change and I presented the coupon to Brian Dean/Manager and he showed me on the computer the accessories I wanted. He rudely said the coupon is not valid, look at the fine print also that he was not going to go give me free parts.
He was treating me like I was a lowlife who is trying to get something free.
I told him the coupon doesn't expire until Sep. 10th 2020 and is Specifically for Larry H Miller Honda. I want him to Honor the coupon.
He said "that's not our coupon it is Costco's" I replied " that it is your coupon because you are in partnership with Costco" I told him I called 2 weeks ago to make sure it is good and the Honda employee told me they will accept it.
He said that it was the express department that said that not the parts department.
Funny that I was in the parts department talking to Brian Dean when he took my keys for the oil change!
Brian Dean made it loud and clear that he did not want my business or valued me as a customer. I told him this is the last time I am coming here and I am not going to buy a Honda from Larry H Miller again! He just shrugged his shoulders and said that's fine!

My car has 3000 miles when I took in the car for an oil change and the sticker they put on your windshield said my next oil change is not due until 34,000 miles. Lol wow really!!
Do not go here!!
