While travelling, the check engine light in my 2009 CR-V came on. The service manager Ron Passmore immediately diagnosed my problem, fixed it, and even printed out the diagnosis codes for me to take in case the problem recurred. I am so impressed with the unmatched, outstanding service of Ron and the very busy service department crew. When I get such great service, it makes me want to stick with Honda for all my future vehicle purchases.
