I went in to buy a new Ridgeline. I was told that the vehicle that was advertised as new had been used as a demo by the salesman's boss. The truck was dirty and had trash on the inside and it had 3000 miles on it, despite being advertised as new. After the test drive the salesman seemed reluctant to honor the advertised price. After an hour of waiting, I think they were checking my credit rating which is very good, they suddenly decided to increase the price by $6,000 saying they forgot that there were upgrades on the vehicle. This seemed like a 'bait and switch' tactic to me. They have lost me as a customer and if you choose to buy there be very wary.

I got a car 6 weeks ago and on the road I felt a change in the driving like the transmission is slipping. I made an appointment for oil change and get it looked at. I was unaware of a few things in my contract. My sales rep was out for the week. They said the change I felt could be the transmission slipping but they can't find any codes because it can be early stages. After the oil change I was heading home on the highway when the steering wheel started shaking horribly fast. I parked the car until I was going into town with everything going on if I don't have to be in public I wont be. A few days later went in and they said they rotated the tires and didnt balance the tires hence the shaking. They asked to take the car into the shop after 30+ minutes they come and tell us they can't do it they need the service rider and tech that worked on it to do it. As we left I called the General Manager Andrew and left a message to please call me because I am frustrated being told to come in and nothing gets done. It's been 6 days and still haven't heard from anyone. We are currently paying for a vehicle that I don't feel safe driving especially not with my kids.

Larry Miller and salesman Dan Gorey are simply the best. Buying a civic Si isn't an easy task and I tried 3 dealers before almost giving up and walking away from Honda for good. In one last attempt ai called Larry Miller and met salesman Dan Gorey and I am SOO glad i did! Dan was absolutely outstanding! From the first phone call I knew he would take care of me and get the job done. And dis he ever! It still wasn t easy, but Dan worked diligently to find exactly what I wanted and continuously communicated with me throughout the experience. I was never left wondering what was going on. He took care of everything and delivered my beautiful new car right to my house 2.5 hrs away and finished the paperwork with me in my dining room! I challenge anyone to find service like that anywhere else...but don t even bother to try, just go to Larry Miller and ask for Dan Gorey!

I was only window shopping when I stopped at Larry Miller. I was still in love with my old car even though I knew with 286,000 miles on it, I would need a new car....soon! I had researched and was pretty confident which vehicle I wanted. Still, I wanted to test drive several models just to make sure. Bear, my sales person, was very patient as I drove one vehicle after another until I was sure my first choice was the correct choice. Then, I drove several of the model I wanted until I found the ONE! Bear was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I left that day with my new love, a HR-V. Three months later, the tail light is filling with water. No problem, they are replacing it first thing tomorrow morning at no charge. I recommend anyone looking for a new or slightly used vehicle to go to Larry Miller Honda. I love my HR-V today as much, if not more than I did that very first day. Thank you Bear for your patience and thanks to all the staff that made and continue to make the whole experience extremely positive.

Only complaint is the person that I talked to about the extras they wanted to do and charge me was an alignment. Since I wasn t buying tires from them I declined. When I picked up the car and got home I noticed a charge for an alignment for around $200. I was not there when I noticed it a few days later so I decided to dis them through a review.

Ron Stein was an excellent sales agent, really going out of his way to make us feel comfortable. He even drove us to a restaurant to pick up some lunch when I started to "droop"!

My experience with Larry H. Miller Downtown Honda Spokane exceeded my expectations. Excellent service was provided by the sales representative from the moment I left him a voice mail message and until I drove off the lot in my new CR-V - EX. The financial person and all other personnel were also very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable I will definitely recommend Larry H. Miller to my friends.

I leased a 2013 Honda Accord from Larry Miller in Spokane last weekend. The salesman who assisted me was Ron Stein. Ron and everyone else who was involved in the process were extremely accommodating, helpful and easy to work with. I grew up in Spokane, but I now live in Boise, Idaho. I got into town to sign paperwork and pick up my new car Friday evening. I had planned on being there by 7pm to do all the paperwork, but didnt end up getting there until 8:20pm. Ron and the man responsible for closing the paperwork (cant recall his name) stayed past closing time just to wait for me because they knew I was excited and eager to get my new car. The man who went through the paperwork (gosh, I wish I could remember his name!) had a newborn at home that was sick and wanted to get home to help take care of him, but he still stayed an extra 45 minutes past the end of his shift just to accommodate me. Ron, the salesman, was not pushy or annoying like most salesman are. He was was laid back, honest and tried his best to make me comfortable during the process. I have terrible credit and although I am a grown woman in my 30's I had my father as a co-signer. No one at Larry Miller Spokane made any comments about my circumstances like other dealerships have. So, in a nutshell, I was able to get the car I wanted without feeling like an idiot or having to deal with the bs that you get from everyone else. Thank you all!

At first when I bought the SUV, Jared was very helpful and very willing to help out. Later I realized the gap insurance wasn t out on my loan. I have made many calls to see what I could do do add it. I left many messages and no call back. I talked to the gall who answered the phone several times and she said each day I called that would for sure get a call back that day. Guess what. No call. I then got put to jared s Voicemail and asked again if someone would call. AGAIN... no return call. It s been several weeks and still no call back. I m so disappointed and frustrated. 2 times in a row they have messed up an appointmen...

2 times in a row they have messed up an appointment for me. Last time I showed up and they had no appointment at all for me and it was a terrible experience. They could not even fix a Toyota issue at a Toyota dealership...this time, they made a Saturday 7am appointment with me and I showed up to find out they don't open till 7:30am. Don't waste your time with these people, all they do is mess up and try to say sorry. Fool me once....

On the positive side, the person we worked with was very pleasant to work with. He allowed us to use a loaner car and took time to show us how to operate it. The diagnostic was thorough and the work was done well. Our car was even washed for us. On the negative side, we were told by this dealership that we would need to spend $3,400 for a ring job. Our mechanic at home said we could just replace the fouled spark plug for $20 for the part, plus labor, and the car wouldn t need any more work. This dealership agreed to do that and treated us politely anyway.

I went to get an oil change, told them that I did not need my air filter changed because my husband already did it and when I got the car back they changed it! They did take the charge off after I complained. The next experience was a couple weeks ago, my husband took it in to get the timing belt changed. They changed the water pump without asking or calling. We understand that this probably needed to be changed with the belt, but finding it on the bill with no explanation sucked. They need to step it up in the service department! We will be finding somewhere else to take my car.

However, I dropped off my car and they commented on how great my car was, told me everything was fixed within 30 minutes, and it was good to go. I will go to Larry H Miller Honda every time I have a concern for my car from here on out.

Terrible service department. Do not bring your car here. Took my 2008 civic hybrid in because it failed an emissions test. They kept my car for over 24 hours but all they could tell me was that the IMA battery was dead. They diagnosed a dead IMA battery at a previous visit over a year ago, so that was not new information. During the 30 or so hours they had my car I called probably a dozen times only to be put on hold for several minutes each time, then asked to leave a message. Each time they took a message but no one ever called me back. After their "service" they washed my car with hot water and turned a 3 inch windshield crack to one that runs across the entire windshield. So, I was without my car for most of 2 days, I now have a huge crack in the windshield, they didn't give me any new information about the car, and they charged me $185. This was shared with the service manager and they told me there was nothing they could do to make the situation right.

Everyone was super friendly. The Odessy is really nice. The purchase process just took a long time. They would say 'it should be only 15 minutes' and it would be an hour. Then we would sign papers and they would say 'it should only be about 15 minutes' and it would be 45. Frustrating. Everyone was really friendly though.

I review this location so lowly solely on the actions of the salesman named George. He constantly kept asking me about my budget and kept trying to get me to go over. He seemed more interested in the sale than actually finding me a car I was looking for and it was painfully obvious. I went to the store looking for a car under 7 grand that was either a Toyota or a Honda, but I was also open to other reliable brands like Subaru and Mazda. After he walked me around the lot for probably 15 minutes I told him, for at least the third time, my budget was STRICT at 7K total. He then walked me back to the Honda dealership and talked with his "boss" who I later found out (from another individual) is his father. He then told me he had two cars, both a Toyota and a Mazda that he could show me. I agreed, we went out and looked for them but mysteriously couldn't find them. George didn't look very hard and I'm very confident George just asked his father for tips and his dad told him to act like he had a good car for me just to go near the cars that were "just outside" my price range that George had been trying to get me to look at earlier. It's a pretty common tactic and George was painfully awkward when I told him exactly what I suspect he did.

On the other hand, I went over to the LHM Toyota dealership and had a WONDERFUL experience and in fact ended up buying a car and am extremely happy with it.

The main take away I hope any customer gains from this is STAY AWAY FROM GEORGE. He is a shady salesman and is painfully obvious about his intentions.

I returned to LHM Honda even though my previous service experience with them had been poor. This visit was much better. Eric was cheerful and reviewed all the service details with me. The price was reasonable for the work they did and they assured me that they never charge to "check something out." On my previous visit, I was told that the "assessment" would be billed at their per hour service charge. I balked because that was new to me. I've been a customer at the location since before LHM and had never been charged for an assessment. So, whatever happened between the previous visit and this one is an improvement.

First time car owner and I ll be honest, I was hesitant on buying a car from a dealership but after my experience at Larry H. Miller Downtown Honda Spokane- I will only ever purchase vehicles from them! They were beyond helpful (not pushy) and they made the entire experience from beginning to end extremely quick! They worked with my budget to help me find the perfect vehicle! I will always recommend my friends & family to LHM Downrown. Big shoutout to Randy Beckford (the salesman) and Jerad McCartney (the finance manager)! I am beyond happy with my purchase :)

I came in to try and trade in my truck, and buy something smaller, knowing I had negative equity in my trade in. I wanted to do the transaction under my business name. I own a delivery company and have 15 different vehicles financed completely in my business name, not personally. I preferred to not do a down payment but let them know I could do a down payment if needed. I knew this might be a difficult transaction because of the negative equity in the trade. The whole crew seemed extremely put off by the fact I wanted a commercial loan and not a personal loan. Immediately after filling out the credit app I was told I could leave and they would call me by the end of the day to let me know if they found financing. I didn t receive a call at the end of the day. For the next three days I called and left messages for Robert (the finance manager) to call me and still have yet to hear back from him. I finally got back ahold of my salesman to ask what was going on and he said I needed a $7,000 down payment. I said ok and asked him for more details on the loan like interest rate, loan term and wanted to verify it was a commercial loan and not a personal loan. He didn t seem to know the answers to my questions and said he would have Robert, the finance guy call me back. I don t know if they don t want to sell a car or if they really don t have a loan for me. I think they figured if they told me I needed a $7,000 down payment that I would go away. I feel like rather than telling me they have no means to finance me they told me the $7,000 down payment excuse when that wasn t really the truth. Otherwise why would it be so difficult to get the loan details from them? The place isn t busy at all. They would have had plenty of time to call me back.

It is not illegal to get a commercial loan for a vehicle! You are a liar or an ignoramus!!! I want you to remove your public post about me attempting something illegal. It is wrong and slanderous. I have 15 delivery vehicles in my business name, financed commercially! I gave you my business profit and loss statements, and filled out a commercial credit application. If you think it is illegal to purchase a vehicle in a business name why did you provide me with a commercial credit application? My business does 1.8 million in sales annually. I was going to use the vehicle I attempted to purchase from your dealership for deliveries! It would be deceitful for me to purchase it in my personal name if I am using the vehicle for business deliveries, and paying for it with money from the business! Even if you guys thought this was illegal, which it is absolutely not, I was lied to by everyone at your dealership. I was told that I was approved if I had a $7,000 down payment! I do have a $7,000 down payment, but nobody would call me back with details. My entire family has bought vehicles from this dealership for over 30 years. Never again though! I see why everyone at the dealership lies now...it starts at the top with Steve!!!!!!!

My exhausted pipe was rusted and broke away from t...

My exhausted pipe was rusted and broke away from the muffler, causing my car to sound very loud. I took it to Larry H. Miller Honda where I've been going for years for routine maintenance. After taking a look underneath, they told me it would be a $360-$400 fix for the exhaust system, as they'd need to replace quite a few parts.
Just to price check, I went to a small muffler shop where the mechanic laughed at the need to replace the entire system, and said it was a minor fix that would cost all of $43. He was shocked they wanted to replace the entire system as he said all was working just fine--just the connection needed replacing. I am angry that they suggested unnecessary repairs to my car in order to jack up the price.
When I called to cancel my appointment with Larry H. Miller, I told them the repairs were unnecessary and they acted flabbergasted, which I don't believe as they are the dealership and know Hondas inside and out.

Updated review as of December 04, 2019. I sometimes hesitate to take my Honda here due to a couple of somewhat negative experiences in the past. This time was better, however, I felt it took too long. I arrived at 12:55 and was not out of there until about 2:25. However, the service was good and the staff friendly. If I buy a Honda again in the future, I probably would go back.

I purchased a CRV with few scratches on the wheel rim which was promised to be replaced. After 5 weeks the wheel rim has not been replaced. I called and talked to the sale consultant several times. He promised me to check with the Part department first thing in the morning and would call me for the update. He has never called me. I left a message to the sale manager but never got response. I should have gone to a different dealer. worse customer service ever.

I tell all of my family and coworkers to AVOID ANY LARRY H MILLER and will continue to do so!! Larry H miller you want to make it right come get my 16 civic for 20k!

I've even thought about going to a local news channel about this company just to get it out there with my experience so people stop getting screwed over like I was!!

I felt salesman was knowledgable and tried hard to be sure we bought the vehicle that would best work for our family. He took the time to demonstrate all of the new technology that had been developed since the last time we bought a car 13 years ago. The road test was substantial and the final checkout was thorough.

In the end, we thought the deal we obtained was a fair one and we had gotten exactly what we wanted.

Maybe most importantly, the salesman was friendly, patient, and courteous.

I ve taken my car in as needed and I ve never been told the tread from one tire was worn a lot more then the other 3! I guess you also need some rear fluid every 15,000 miles that costs $94!! I will be taking my car to be serviced else where as I feel like they try to nickel and dime you.

We attempted to take our CRV in for service regarding a technical bulletin. When we called in, we were scheduled for a one hour diagnostic test. When we took our car to the service department, we received a completely different answer, they wanted to do an oil change, monitor every 1000 miles, etc. Much different answer. Ron Passmore, the service manager became extremely rude and belligerent when we questioned why the difference in approaches. His employee, Brad, at the service desk was quite polite, but Ron (in front of us) told Brad that he was "wrong and didn't know what he was talking about and had been told this 100 times." He continued to be extremely rude to us, and his employee, and I've never seen a service manager behave like this to either customers or his employees. I will certainly not take a Honda here for service.

Our experience with LMH gives me mixed feelings. The service was outstanding, but the time it takes to purchase a vehicle is out of control! We walked in already pre financed, the rate was a little high so of course they wanted to help out and find better financing. After 4 hours we ended up with the financing we walked in having. Moral of the story, if it ain't broke, don't fix it...

Always professional and courteous. Went to buy new car battery for our HRV. They discovered another potential problem and resolved the issue. Thank goodness it was minor and they charged us nothing. I appreciate that they took the time to check it out rather than just sending us on our way. Thank you Alex and Myron.

The service was fine other than I spent over $500 on routine maintenance and nobody even vacuumed my car which BTW I have a $6000 extended service package on.

Bottom line, you guys hosed me when you sold me this car. The benefits of the "extended service package" were totally misrepresented to me by your agent in the exhausting, high pressured closing process. The agent implied numerous things....that as I read the contract find to be untrue. Now despite a hefty downpayment I find myself $15000 upside down on a used car. The valuation at the time.of purchase was a fabrication. I'm 64 years old and never have I found myself in this position before.

I would NEVER recommend any of your shops to anyone.
