Came in for service maintenance and noticed I had a screw in one of tires . Mentioned it to service department when I brought my car in they were quick to take care of it and kept me informed throughout the process. Unfortunately the screw was in a part of the tire where they were not able to repair it. A new tire needed to be ordered as there were none in stock, this would have caused me to give a lower rating especially because of holidays and having to drive on my spare in inclement weather. Seriously, no tire in stock? I purchased an HRV which is not an uncommon model. The professionalism and courtesy of the people in the service department kept your rating at 5 stars. They need and should be applauded and commended for both their work and customer relations.
