Purchased a 2013 Odyssey Touring with our salesman...

Purchased a 2013 Odyssey Touring with our salesman being Randy Howell. All aspects of the buying experience were excellent (from dealing with the salespeople to working out financing, etc). We took several test drives and never felt pressured that we absolutely had to buy today. Price on our trade in was very fair and $1000 higher than Appleway (and yes, I was careful not to just see the price of the van increase $1000 to compensate). Larry H Miller's bottom $ was equal to or beat the competitors and the salesmen I worked with (Randy and Eli) were exactly what Larry Miller needs for salesmen -- professional, approachable, and knowledgable.

Ron Passmore was extremely professional and knowledgeable. ERIC GARCIA was overly discourteous and disrespectful, refusing to accept that we would purchase our tires elsewhere. Directly Insinuated that my husband did not care for my safety because we were going to leave the dealership to buy tires elsewhere. One individual lowered the standards of professionalism and respect previously earned by Larry Miller downtown Honda Spokane. We will further express this inexcusable experience to the corporate offices. I encourage others to do the same in regards to dealing with this individual.

Larry H Miller downtown Spokane, gave me a great experience in purchasing a car. I was shown a beautiful car and it is fully loaded. A good price. The salesmen were great and did a good job and finished the paperwork fast. I would recommend this dealership who are straight up and great deals!

I m the worst buyer - however, I chose research to overcome my fears and hope replaced dread. By the time I came to Larry H Miller, I had narrowed my vehicle choices to 3. The process was much less stressful than my past, and Shay really listened. He was patient, he followed up many times via email and text until I visited for the final time and purchased my vehicle. Everyone was helpful and the process was smooth without pressure. I appreciate my experience and all those involved. Thanks Larry H Miller families!

Great customer service as usual. Just moved up and I have been in 3 times for minor things. Bradley and the other kind gentlemen on Saturday August 18th held it down. Greeted everyone right away, helped everyone in the correct order and needless to say, I ll be going here for the rest of my time here. Happy to have an awesome Honda dealership in Spokane.

Steven Kelly was a wonderful salesperson to work with he made our whole experience much better!
When I first came in I did not get good customer service at all because I had asked for Steven and he wasn't there.
Once I got to financing with Ryan Wilson he was very misleading on many levels.
I give the dealership a five because of Steven and his customer service that outshined the rest of my bad experiences.

I thought I had a ok experience there, except for the 6.5 hour wait for financing. 2 days later I get a call saying the bank changed there mind. We need you to bring the car back. REALLY??? We waited 6.5 hours and drove it for 2 days now you want it back??? BAD SERVICE AND BAD BUSINESS!!! I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP AT ANY LARRY H MILLER AGAIN. The mechanics are very thorough & communicative about issues that may need some attention now or may need tending to at a later date. The repairs if needed are always reasonably priced leaving me feeling they are not simply trying to take advantage of a lil' old lady Thanks!

I went through the Costco auto program which was a no hassle way of buying a car and I got the exact car that I wanted. No pushiness or pressure, just a knowledgeable and polite way to buy a car.

Our last experience at LHM was in 2012 and not exactly the best. However, Toni Cornell more than made up for it. She took the time to help us explore what vehicle was right for us. Over the course of multiple appointments, she took her time to patiently explain the features of our chosen car to each of our kids separately. She also helped us work through a few challenges to the whole process. I would 100% recommend anyone who wants a positive, cooperative, and honest car-buying experience to go see Toni. We'll be repeat customers!

We recently purchased a loaded Civic sport touring...

We recently purchased a loaded Civic sport touring and we bought the additional service agreement for $3300 as part of it included free rim replacement if one got damaged.

Turns out one did and when we took the car in, they told us it would need to be sent out for repair. Fine, we ll take repair even though that isn t what we were told initially.

Then we find out from this extended warranty company that they wanted to offer us $90 on a replacement for this $600 rim. Say WHAT?!??

Now we are waiting almost 3 weeks to send this rim in ( Larry H Miller wouldn t provide a temporary rim) and my wife has been without her car the entire time. No manager on duty had the authority to provide another rim so she could keep driving her car while the original rim got sent in.
I was shocked and no one seemed to care other than our helpless service advisor that was at the mercy of managers that seemingly could care less.

As soon as we get the rim back, we re cancelling this bonus service warranty that s a joke and a complete rip off. Don t fall for it or record your salesperson when they pitch this outstanding extra warranty . I wish we did!!

There s so much more but it was a total fail by anyone that could make a minor decision on a rim and my wife not be without her car for 3+ weeks. Originally we were told 2 days ( and that it would be replaced no questions asked at the time of the sale) but again, there s a much longer story to all of this...

The warranty company is a scam and I hold Larry H Miller s management equally at fault for failing to step up on such an easy fix for a $30 loaner rim. Could you imagine if it were an expensive fix? If it s this bad on a small issue, we certainly aren t waiting to find out what it would be like on a major issue...

Staff went above & beyond to get us to their shop when our dodge (purchased elsewhere) broke down. We bought a used vehicle from Larry H Miller Honda & had the most pleasant experience. Staff is friendly, honest, and hard working. Would highly recommend! I won't purchase a vehicle anywhere else now! Thank you Larry H Miller Honda of Spokane!!!

I dislike with a passion dealing with used car dealerships & sales people. The pressure, scams, over charging, once deal is done you never hear from them again. No follow up or thank you's, nothing. This dealership has incredible customer service. My Salesman Howard was awesome. He gave me a great deal on my Ridgeline. The sales manager and finance director, Robert, went above and beyond when I had an issue with the lender. I was very impressed by their willingness to help. I highly recommend Larry Miller Honda!

Went to the dealership yesterday and was greeted by a nice gentlemen named Steven kelly he was very professional and knew his stuff. Expectional customer service went above, and beyond in showing me the different cars and explained every deatail of the cars we looked at, and answered all my questions. I was amazed on his knowledge he's the real deal for sure. I got the car I wanted learned alot as well. He's the best salesman there. I recommend Steven Kelly to anyone, he can get you the best deal on a car whether your leasing or buying.

This was my first visit to Larry Miller Honda and it was a very positive experience. The service advisor explained in detail all of the normal 60,000 mile services and also followed up on a problem I was having with the engine starting. I appreciate the service received and will look forward to returning for the next service when it is due.

I love that I can take the shuttle home while my car is being fixed. This time they had to order a part so they gave me a rental so they could keep my car until the parts got in. It ended up making an annoying fix, very manageable. Everyone that helped me were great to work with.

Now I understand I m not inside their dealership, and having them ship me a car, but they have been dropping the ball af every step! And when we take two steps forward they taken ten back. I finally get the paperwork to sign in the mail, great right? Nope they put the date 6/18/2018?! That s nearly a year and half ago?!? Com on man! Get it together already. I get very personable people and efficient people ...

I get very personable people and efficient people to work with. However when I bring the car in I have had for 4 years and about 40,000 miles on it a 2015 car they don t listen to what I worry about and just go about their check up. Being disabled and on very fixed income they charge WAY too much for repairs, parts and labor. I can get the same repairs for at least 40-50% less at other reputable repair shops. Very disappointing as I would like to do everything at the dealership. I spent over 3000 on service extended warranty which doesn t seem to cover anything and today I got a notice in the mail the price of the extended warranty is going up. How can that be I already paid for it in full?

He worked hard for us and never gave up if an option didn't work he found another option until he finally got us in the vehicle of our dreams :) He was always honest and direct never tried to trick us into something we didn't want. Don't expect Robert Mandziara to keep his word on much of anything he says. He will sell you a warranty for your vehicle and you will have issues getting reimbursed or getting things covered the entire life of the warranty. Then when you reach out to him he will say over and over that he will take care of it and will get in touch with you and these are complete lies just to shut you up. I have gotten the run around for 3 months from this man, I am still waiting for an update on a reimbursment for a simple oil change.This has happened for years before this on a different vehicle I purchased there and was told it wouldnt happen again this time around. I dont trust a word this man says.

Great customer service is really the only reason why I have a Honda from them. They take great pride in correcting mistakes and care about their customers. I have had some ups and downs with my tire but they fixed that mistake and took responsibility for it which I respect as it was a huge inconvenience and an unfair situation. The only thing I would suggest is to make sure the service department covers customers seats and is very careful about leaving dirty greasy smudges on your car and all over your seat when servicing vehicles. Love this place other then that update on 12-17-18 they earned my business yet again. Phenomenal customer service and i will always remember and recommend you to anyone in Spokane. Appreciate you so much and will also be buying my new tires from your location

Customer service is really good there- fast and friendly - my only complaint is that they missed my blown out tail light, which I had just found out about the day before and hadn t had a chance to change it. Not a huge deal, overall, but I would like to avoid getting pulled over if I can, and I would have thought they would catch that and tell me about it. (Now I also wonder what else might have been missed...). Thanks

My salesman Steven Kelly was great and I would give him 5 stars. As far as LHM Honda I was a little disappointed because they tried charging me extra when it came to signing papers. They also said they had installed the all season mats and splash guards which I paid for. When I got my car it was not installed and I ended up having to bring my new car back and leave it at the dealership all day after they had already had plenty of time to install everything.

Just an all around disappointing experience. We bought my wife's CR-V from the dealership in the valley and have had it serviced there for the past 5 years. Being that we live about 20 blocks from LHM I decided to have the oil changed close to home instead of out in the valley. What should've been a 40-50 minute service wound up taking 2+ hours. Tyler, the service rep, was actually fantastic. He let me borrow a car to go pick up my wife from work. Due to the fact they couldn't handle a simple oil change means I will be heading back out to the valley again. Too bad.

Overall the buying experience was very good. The biggest problem I have is our salesman when we are out test driving our truck and then stop, go to back in it is smoking,(puffing on his vapor cigarettes), I am sorry but i do not consider that to be professional.
The buying of it and doing business otherwise the rest of it went very well.

We purchased a brand new 2019 Honda Fit EX-L. While my interaction on first purchase was quite cordial, when we finally got the car delivered, we noticed a small dent in what is supposed to be a pristine new car. We immediately contacted the seller w/ photos on the very next day and were lead to believe that they would get back in touch with us with what they wanted to do to remedy the problem.

It has literally been over 3 weeks and I have yet to hear from the dealership on what they want to do, from the people who were designated to get back to me. I've have tried to call numerous times with essentially no effort on their part to get back to me. I would beware of purchasing anything from this dealership without first inspecting the vehicle closely.

Should they actually get in contact with me to resolve my issue, I'll update with their response.

UPDATE: I was able to get in touch with the general manager, and he has been very gracious. My car has been fixed and I was quickly compensated for the repairs. I am glad things were resolved.

When it was my turn as a new driver to get my own set of wheels, Nick and his son George made my mother and I feel like family from the moment we stepped inside, all the way through delivering the car to my apartment the next day! Also thanks to Ryan in financing for arranging a great rate with STCU, with everything laid out and easy to understand. Highly recommend these folk whether you're looking for a new or used car!

I took my car in today for a free car wash, left to get a drink from the gas station, came back and they gave me my keys just to find out they did not even clean it in ANY WAY. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I recommend you talk to that person in charge of the car wash, or fire them.
