Very pleasant, painless buying experience! Nate was exceptionally courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the transaction. The finance department was great, as well. I'm very impressed, and I'm hard to impress. :)

Nick was personable and informative. Cliff was excellent in helping finalize the details of the purchase of our new car. I would like to give this a 5 star but there was a hiccup when we went to purchase some accessories. We wanted a trailer hitch and there were a few options on the accessories list. We made a selection with some debate because cost is twice that of an after market trailer package. Well, later they came back to us and asked if we wanted the wiring harness installed along with the trailer hitch. It is a separate option, to have your trailer hitch wired so you could actually use it to legally pull a trailer. And the wiring harness is an extra $294 on top of the overpriced trailer package. I don't fault the salesman. This is on Honda for putting together an accessories sheet with a deceptive process for ordering a trailer hitch.

I dropped my car off before they opened and left the key on the lock box-- they didn't find the key until I called them five hours later for an update. Also, I was charged $40 in labor for replacing a cabin air filter, which takes all of a couple minutes.

Car buying experience was a nightmare. The finance guy was shifty and less than honest. He was a fast talker thus added things in to deal that we weren t aware of until we got home to look at the paperwork. When we called him on it, he was personally offended - told us we should have known better and continued try to fast talk us into keeping these add ons. We finally went over his head to fix his unethically deeds. The whole thing was a mess. The only reason for 2 stars is their amazing service department.

I had a problem with my check air light. It came ...

I had a problem with my check air light. It came on in the morning and I called the service department at 7 am. No one was there but they returned my call at about 8am. I told him it needed an appointment asap.
He told me nothing was available until afternoon. Upon further discussion he told me to come in at 1130.
I brought my car in about 1115. It sat outside until about 1230.
They said it was done at aproximately 130.
When it came to paying for it they were not sure what to charge.
I reminded them I purchased the tires at lhm.
After discussion they did not charge me.
This morning I started the car and tire low pressure light came on.
I had been happy with lhm prior to this visit.
I don't know if I'll go back, I will not buy tires there again.

During the COVID-19 shutdowns of Spring 2020, I we...

During the COVID-19 shutdowns of Spring 2020, I went to this dealership and didn't know I needed an appointment. I showed up and the salesmen were nice enough to help me anyways. I worked with Randy B. initially who was very straightforward, friendly, knowledgeable, and I would tell him what I wanted and he would give me no hassle to test drive and compare vehicles as I pleased and answer my questions. My favorite quality about Randy is that he stayed available to help when needed but would walk away and give me space to just look at vehicles how I wanted to without being a pushy salesman like other salesmen can be. Working with Randy is ultimately why when it came time for me to buy a vehicle, that I returned to him to see if a deal could be made because his salesmanship style is what I wanted. When I returned to buy, Randy was away so I worked with two other salesmen but ultimately ended with Howard B. He was curteous and answered all questions needed. The finance officers Trevor and Ryan were both knowledgeable and helpful. In the end we were able to make a deal and I have a new vehicle. If I could break down the ratings, I would list them as follows: salesman Randy 5 stars, salesman Howard 4.9 stars, Trevor and Ryan 4.9 stars, ease of test driving process 4.5 stars, ease of making a deal on a vehicle 2 stars, ease of doing the closing paperwork and process 2 stars. The final pick up of the vehicle was not ideal as more time was wasted there waiting when I was told the vehicle was ready but I found a couple of new scratches (which the company then tried to fix once I pointed them out) and some of the accessories I asked and paid for were not with the vehicle (which I pointed out and they brought to me) so I was stuck waiting another hour just to drive the vehicle home from the dealership. The salesmen were very courteous and helpful with getting the scratches/marks fixed and the accessories though so the staff were very helpful and nice no matter what I asked for. My 2 dominant feelings about this dealership and my experience narrow down to two things: first is the staff and salesmen I worked with were very helpful and friendly which I appreciate immensely as a positive, and second that there was an extraordinary amount of time just wasted as I sat in a chair in a dealership and at various stages of the process which there wasn't a sense of urgency despite time deadlines by the staff when I said I had to leave and get paperwork done so I spent in total over 8-10 hours at this dealership and had to make about 6 trips just to get it all done which I really wish more expediency could have happened with the process. Ultimately, I will return in the future to this dealership first but I really hope the process takes a lot less time. I did go to other dealerships but ended up making a deal and preferring the staff at this location the most.

Clean place AWESOME service dept one of the best in the country! I own a Caddilac and a Navigator as well as a Honda. This service dept is better than the ones where i spent thousands of dollars more. I feel like either go here for service or so it yourself!

Bradley was very helpful in making sure I got my newly bought 2018 Accord taking care of when I have some major damage to my rims and body fender. I appreciate him pulling some strength with the insurance company to get it fixed.

This was the easiest Vehicle purchase I have EVER ...

This was the easiest Vehicle purchase I have EVER experienced. Bill Schulman was so thorough going over all the Vehicles features that when I drove away I was completely comfortable in my new car. Bill was very relaxed and took a lot of time for the test drive. He went out of his way to find conditions similar to what I drive everday to make sure the Pilot was a fit for me. I have recommend Bill to anyone I know (or over hear) is looking for a Vehicle. The office has a very relaxed, friendly, and honest feel to it. All the staff were very accommodating and our loan officer, Robert Mandziara, was extremely efficient, very detailed, and made the whole process quick. It's been 6 months since my purchase and I am still so happy with everything!
