During the COVID-19 shutdowns of Spring 2020, I went to this dealership and didn't know I needed an appointment. I showed up and the salesmen were nice enough to help me anyways. I worked with Randy B. initially who was very straightforward, friendly, knowledgeable, and I would tell him what I wanted and he would give me no hassle to test drive and compare vehicles as I pleased and answer my questions. My favorite quality about Randy is that he stayed available to help when needed but would walk away and give me space to just look at vehicles how I wanted to without being a pushy salesman like other salesmen can be. Working with Randy is ultimately why when it came time for me to buy a vehicle, that I returned to him to see if a deal could be made because his salesmanship style is what I wanted. When I returned to buy, Randy was away so I worked with two other salesmen but ultimately ended with Howard B. He was curteous and answered all questions needed. The finance officers Trevor and Ryan were both knowledgeable and helpful. In the end we were able to make a deal and I have a new vehicle. If I could break down the ratings, I would list them as follows: salesman Randy 5 stars, salesman Howard 4.9 stars, Trevor and Ryan 4.9 stars, ease of test driving process 4.5 stars, ease of making a deal on a vehicle 2 stars, ease of doing the closing paperwork and process 2 stars. The final pick up of the vehicle was not ideal as more time was wasted there waiting when I was told the vehicle was ready but I found a couple of new scratches (which the company then tried to fix once I pointed them out) and some of the accessories I asked and paid for were not with the vehicle (which I pointed out and they brought to me) so I was stuck waiting another hour just to drive the vehicle home from the dealership. The salesmen were very courteous and helpful with getting the scratches/marks fixed and the accessories though so the staff were very helpful and nice no matter what I asked for. My 2 dominant feelings about this dealership and my experience narrow down to two things: first is the staff and salesmen I worked with were very helpful and friendly which I appreciate immensely as a positive, and second that there was an extraordinary amount of time just wasted as I sat in a chair in a dealership and at various stages of the process which there wasn't a sense of urgency despite time deadlines by the staff when I said I had to leave and get paperwork done so I spent in total over 8-10 hours at this dealership and had to make about 6 trips just to get it all done which I really wish more expediency could have happened with the process. Ultimately, I will return in the future to this dealership first but I really hope the process takes a lot less time. I did go to other dealerships but ended up making a deal and preferring the staff at this location the most.
