While the people at the dealership were capable and respectful sales personnel, the dealership s choice to try and pass off theft registration charges points to the true nature of the company. I cannot therefore recommend the institution to others.

Shaylon Reed the friendliest salesmen I've ever met. I'd like start this review off with the fact that my wifes pregnant with our first child kinda beside the point but shay took it upon himself to share his pizza with her as we filled out paper work that alone goes miles in my book to top it off it was a great experience with exceptional service. he went through many hoops to make sure we got what we wanted and needed durning a winter snow advisory very personable man with integrity it was a pleasure purchasing a vehicle from Shay. I know my next purchase will be from the man who works the magic regardless of what dealership he may be with. thank you for all your help today!!

Aweful! This is sad because we bought our Toyota from next door at LHM Toyota and it was a good experience. Now both Toyota and Honda have just been horrible to deal with! It's sad to see them treat a past customer this way. Here we are trying to come back as repeat customers and to be treated like we clearly don't matter and they obviously don't want our business is pathetic. To think we had referred people previously. If we could take it all back we would. We leave messages for our sales rep only to never get return calls so we call the finance guy only to never get a call back from him either. If they can't help us with what we are looking for for gods sake just have the decency to call us and let us know. I give all my personal info, bank statements, check stubs and I don't have a clue as to what is going on. For all I know the sales guy took my identity and no one is even working on this. I filled out an application on May 15th and provided my documents the same day. Today is May 26th and I have not heard one word! I left a message for the general manager let's see if he actually returns calls.

I bought a 2018 Honda Civic from them about a month ago. I had several very big changes in my life right after the purchase so it took me a while to realize there was an issue with the purchase (plus I left town for 2 weeks).

The issue is that I test drove a Civic EX-T with Honda sensing and they didn't have the color I wanted. When they brought a Civic in with the color I wanted (which took almost a week), it didn't have honda sensing, but I didn't realize that until about 3 weeks after and didn't think to look at it during the purchase because I thought they brought me the same car. To add to the issue they made a mistake on the paperwork that would have cost me an extra $630 (23,920 instead of 23,290), but at least I caught that one.

I drive quite a bit and the Honda Sensing tech was one of the selling points on buy a new civic. I guess car salesmen don't have a bad rap for no reason. Very unsettling and highly disappointing.

I never thought I'd be giving an awesome review to a car dealership, but they have been truly great to work with! Both on leasing and servicing my fun new car. They (Eric, you're the best) went above and beyond to help me out with an emergency flat tire--actually made my day instead of wrecking it!

Everything went well except that this time my gas wasn't filled up and my car wasn't washed. When i got my car, i was told that both was included in my free oil change for the first 7 years. I didn't have time to go back in there as i had a tight schedule that day.

Pretty good experience overall, I was looking through their used inventory and found something I was interested in. The internet sales director made apparent of the condition of the vehicle and what it needed.

Got a very clean vehicle and I m happy with the quick and easy purchase.

The team at Larry H. Miller Downtown Honda always takes such great care of me and my car. They re friendly, detailed, fast, and they don t use high pressure sales to try to get you to upgrade service or fix or maintain something extra that either doesn t need to be fixed or can wait. They are always very clear about what s recommended, what s urgent, what can wait, and all options available.

Brought my vehicle in at 7am (unscheduled) due to some troubles starting in the morning and to get an oil change. Got a call back at 10am, they were already done and had discovered (and replaced) a bad battery. Super fast and didn't charge me for any random services. Appreciate the help and integrity!

Larry H. Miller sold us a used vehicle they claime...

Larry H. Miller sold us a used vehicle they claimed to be safe without offering a warranty, but turns out it has 1 to 3 bad wheel bearings (via an independent technician) which is a safety issue unless you enjoy the excitement of losing a wheel on the highway! LHM would only pay for half of 1 wheel bearing claiming we could have damaged it ourselves in the 2 weeks we owned the vehicle and the GM would not return our phone call to discuss the issue.

We came to LHM since we trusted a dealership to do the right thing, we ve lost that trust.

To clarify, an independent service technician mentioned it was clear from a test drive that there is an issue with the vehicle, in particular the bearings. We believe one of the following: 1) there was no test drive during the safety check or trade-in, 2) the test drive personnel didn t recognize the issue, or 3) the test drive personnel did recognize the issue. None of these options bolsters trust in the dealership.

I have purchased many cars over the years and had many different experiences with different salesmen. I found myself in a challenging situation after some hurdles thrown my way. Ron Stein and his sales team worked with me and helped find the perfect vehicle for my family and my situation. I will return to purchase my next vehicle and I tell all my friends about my experience. Go talk to Ron, you will be glad you did!

I dropped my car off in the morning, someone called me 1.5hrs after and left me a generic msg to return the call and when I do, no one ever answers the phone - not in Sales, not in Service, not in Parts, not the operator, NO ONE!!
I have not had problems at the Toyota dealership in the years I've been going there but so far, every time I go to the Honda dealership (3x), there is an issue!!

Let me start by saying I hate car shopping, but when I walked in to Larry H Miller I felt welcomed and not harassed, which makes the whole process much easier. My salesman, Dan Gorey helped me through the process and presented me with several options to ensure I got what I wanted at the price I could comfortably afford. Dan and the rest of the team were very easy to work with and he went above and beyond by pre-setting my favorite radio stations that he pulled from my trade in. The little things that are often overlooked are the things that will bring me back to Dan and Larry H Miller. Thanks again guys, we love our new car!

Just fine.

Just fine.

We just needed an oil change, power-steering flush, and a new key battery. All of this went just fine. The staff is willing to phone you up when the job's done. This allows one to wander off site.

Someone had parked the waiting-room TV on an infomercial channel. We all assembled were grateful to have the remotes so we could alter the situation. This provoked some social connection and conversation among the assembled folks waiting.

My salesperson Mike Green was awesome and that's not easy to say when describing a car salesperson. He worked with me on my terms and not the car lots. No high pressure just a good laidback attitude. This is how to shop for a car. I have the largest selling dodge/gmc dealership that was closer to me by an hour but I instead drove the extra hour and glad I did to shop at Larry Miller Honda of Spokane. I will send anyone I know that's looking for a new or used car to Larry Miller. Thanks again Mike and I love my new to me Ford Escape

Wasted my time with a misrepresented car. Many many door dings, light collision damage and paint bare metal from failed attempts to buff out damage on the car. Got the excuse that its a used car. Door dings are not dependent on the age or mileage of a car! The salesman failed to disclose when asked about damage big or small. He knew exactly what he was doing by doing so. I give a star for their quick response to my internet inquiry. Larry H. Miller had previously sold me a car with trade in that went well. This has changed my opinion of the brand. 2nd rate dealership. Won't be back.

The most negative car buying experience of 40 years in business. The theft insurance company which they demand you purchase is subsidiary company of Larry H Miller. The dealership agreed to return the cost of the insurance. It has been 2 and half months many phone calls promises to call back, no call backs. There seems to be no business ethics within the management of this company. The small print of the insurance disqualifies vehicles used for commercial purposes however this wasn t openly disclosed.

I never leave reviews but I had to come on here and voice my opinion. I feel like if I can save one person a headache from dealing with these people I will have redeemed myself. We have literally purchased probably 10 vehicles in the last 20 years from different dealers and this is by far my worst experience.

Talk about left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.

We bought the car in mid October and the purchase is still not finalized due to these people not returning calls or delivering correct vehicles. It's crazy.

Good luck and be prepared.

Hopefully I can get a call back after this review.

We had a great experience with LHM. Everyone we worked with was very kind and never pushy. We were told almost every step of the way (except when signing the papers) that we were not making any commitments and could change our minds at any time. As a new car buyer, I greatly appreciated that assurance. The people that helped make everything possible: Daniel, Randy, and Robert. Thank you all for your help!

Ive had a very immature experience by one of the salesman at the dealership, right when I thought it was done, it got escalated by a very worse comment. Long story short I really appreciate the general manager response to fix this problem in a very professional way. This dealership been always my best and one of the reasonable dealerships but that bad situation effected me very negatively especially being treated differently by that salesperson and accusing that I m making things up. I m really glad it got actually handled very professionally. Again thank you for staying on top of the customers service.

The salesman,Nathan was perfectly friendly, knowledgeable, patient, kind, mannerly, gracious and the same goes for his assistant,Malcolm who took over for him when Nathan had to leave. I would be extremely proud of them if I was their mothers..Nathan worked with his manager to get me a sweet and sound deal on a well kept locally used gorgeous Honda. The rest of the staff were gracious and kind as well.
Highly recommend Larry Miller, but if you've never bought a car from a dealership be prepared for a LOT of paperwork which I wasn't, but they were still very polite to me.

They did not have the part in stock when I took my car in on Thursday even though I specifically asked, so I wasted 2 hours and had to come back on the following Tues. Apparently there was a run on airbag inflators for the recall on my 99 CRV. But it's done, and all's well that ends.

Initial review: Bought a used car here a couple of months ago and the salesman was not good. We paid for the car in full and we were still there for about 3 hours waiting for them to get things in order. The lady that did the title work was super nice and efficient though, I give her 5 stars.

Revise review: Andrew, the general manager, called and apologized and explained that they had a huge sale going on that weekend and were super busy. He was really nice and said they were always looking for areas to improve and that they would work on this in the future. Really appreciated the call. The car we bought from them has been great!

Shout out to Nick "The Greek",Andrew C and Christi...

Shout out to Nick "The Greek",Andrew C and Christian!!! Our experiences with Larry H Miller Honda were amazing the last two times we purchased. The fist time was for the mother in law and she absolutely loves her CRV. The buying experience was great. We took her in and we were so comfortable with the experience we left her to make the deal alone (couldn't do that at sales lots). Our personal experience with Larry H Miller was incredible we have a sales person at another dealership we have purchased all our vehicles from but after our experience we will only buy here. First we went to their professional website and found the truck that was right for us. Then we spoke to Andrew C and he allowed me to take a look even though the truck hadn't been detailed or seen by their mechanic. Most lots would have not only have been pushy about the truck they would have wanted me to take the truck that day. Not Andrew he wanted to make sure it had been detailed, but more importantly that the mechanic took a look to see if it was safe and running properly. Upon completion of all of that Andrew called us back to finish the transaction. We worked with Nick "The Greek" to go over paperwork, and he is a model for what all salesman should strive to be. You can tell that his love of family, and his passion of the vehicles spills out of his big heart. He cares about the customer as well as the product and has been nationally recognized for his accomplishments. Last we met with Christian in finance, he had a passion for boats which was great for us because that is why we were looking for a truck in the first place, so he gave us information on that as well as a great rate. All in all, we have changed dealerships for good reason. Thanks LHM

We contacted the Larry H Miller Honda dealership after deciding to look at Honda SUVs through the Costco Auto purchase program. We spoke with Dan Gorey, who is a trained salesman with the Costco program. He was very knowledgeable about the Honda brand, and personable as well! He listened to what we were actually looking for, an SUV in a specific price range. He found the right vehicle and had it ready to test drive when we arrived....an Obsidian Blue Honda Passport. We liked it very much and test drove some other options, but ultimately purchased the Passport. The only Option it didn't have that we wanted was a towing package. Because of the Costco program we would save 15% on purchasing it and getting it installed. Dan said it would be done the next day and he would personally deliver it to our home, which he did. The whole process, from the test drive to the financing through Ryan, to the delivery was relatively painless. If we were to purchase another vehicle, we would definitely go through Dan at Larry Miller! It was a great experience!

I went with my dad to buy a car and the first two sales people that came out didn't even want to talk and the third one only wanted to talk to me. My experience I m sure isn t typical. I ordered a Red CR-V hybrid on March 11. They told me then it wouldn t be in till late April. Then the pandemic took over and didn t actually get it until early July. That s nothing to do with Larry H Miller. It s just life.

Then I noticed some weird noise, so I took it in and they found a faulty strut. Again not fault of dealership. They ordered the needed part and it took Honda nearly 3 weeks to get it to them. But on the same day the part came in, I was able to pick it up. And that is the dealerships service. It was very good.

If I could give no stars, I would... BEWARE!!! Just your typical scamming dealership. They took my $500 deposit on 3/4/19 and promised to have the vehicle I was looking for shipped from another lot. I called on 3/8/19 for an update and they claimed it would be another week (meaning, it hadn't even left the other lot yet)... so I said I would be looking for vehicles elsewhere and would like my deposit back (they came up with all kinds of excuses why it wasn't en route yet). They claimed they could not refund that day and that I would need to call on 3/9/19 for my refund. I finally got my $500 deposit back on 3/13/19 (after calling a few times, of course). Don't waste your time with these people.

My wife and I bought a Ford Escape for Larry H. Miller Toyota a little over a month ago. Within 38 days of purchase our computer engine, ignition coils, spark plugs, and dashboard instrument panel all needed to be replace. An estimated $3,000 in repairs. When I cam into the service department to talk to someone about helping us get the repairs, I talked to the service manager who told me I needed to talk to a General Manager. He told me he would pass on my information and someone would call me around 11 am that day. No one called. Then I called the sales department and asked to talk to a GM, non were in so I talked to the New Car Manager. He told me he would take my information and a GM would call me. No one called. The next morning I called again and spoke to a General Manager named Scott. He assured me he did not get the messages and that it is his habit to always call back. He told me he wants me to bring the car in so they can look at it and try to find a way to fix it at a more reasonable price for me. Scott told me that a scheduling guy would call me soon to set up a time for me to come in when their Ford tech was working. No one called. I called Scott back that evening and left a message that no one called and to please have the scheduling guy call me. No one called back. I called again this morning and left another message for Scott and still no one has called. Be warned everyone. Larry H. Miller Toyota Spokane will sell you cars that need $3,000 in repairs a little over a month of owning them, pretend they are going to help you out and never return your calls. They are not to be trusted. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!

I started using this shop because my dad went here...

I started using this shop because my dad went here as I was growing up. They've changed ownership over the years. They always give you the standard list of things you could be doing, which is fine.

Over the recent past I've felt that the service has become less customer friendly. Most recently I brought a car in for a knocking noise. It was diagnosed as a strut. I was told all the struts and some shocks had failed. Fine. After settling on a price I got called for additional parts needed for the same job. Fine, that happens. The total ended up being 15-20% more. Fine.

I come down to pick up the car at the end of the day only to find that they'd called me on my way (I was riding a bike) to say they didn't have all the parts in. They did give me a service loaner, which was super. I came back following day to grab the car. I took it home and looked at the invoice. It showed charges for 2 rear shocks then stated "replaced left rear shock". I got under the car and, sure enough, despite being charged for two, there was only one new one on the car.

I had been in the shop the day before and saw all four wheels off the car. So, when they offered for me to bring the car back in and they'd cover the labor (to install the part I already paid for and they'd already removed the wheel to put in) that seemed fine, except I've already paid for the the labor. Now I'm missing more work to bing the car in again.

Servicing cars at a dealer is a premium, and I expect a bit more professionalism for the price.

2 stars because despite the huge annoyance and borderline fraud, I've come here for years and do really want to like the place.

Just disappointed they're not doing more. When asked why the part was not placed on the car the reason given was that the mechanic did not think there was time to remove the rusted bolt. I'm not sure how that a) makes it okay to charges for a part that was not used and b) suddenly means the part does not require replacement. Certainly, had I been contacted, I'd have agreed to grant them time to complete the job correctly.

Instead, I'm making several trips and having trouble trusting their work now. They would certainly expect me to pay for extra time of theirs that was required for a job. We will see if they offer any further explaination or recourse.

I will update with any changes.

Dishonest people.

Dishonest people.
I took my car for making cold start noises and the salesman said that it will cost me about $70 for diagnosis. I agreed and left the car with them then the salesman called me saying that I have a leak in my return hose of the power steering system and the hose needs a replacement for $75 and that should take care of the issue. Then he said that I need to leave the car with them because they don't have the part till next day. I refused to leave the car and he said that they will charge me labor again which was $70 because"the technician has to put back everything together then take them apart again". I said okay. The next day I dropped the car there and then the same salesman called me to pick it up. He called the technician to explain what was going on and said that the noise didn't completely go away because I have to change my tensioner and serpentine belt. I asked him what part he changed and he pointed at the tiny return hose of the power steering system. The hose looked only cleaned, not new and I had changed my belt and tensioner not long ago. So I paid $150 for just topping a tiny amount of hydraulic fluid. The technician didn't even touch it to charge me double labor cost.

Always tell the salesman that you're only going to pay for one diagnosis and will only pay for one repair to fix the issue. Don't let them eleminate every possible cause by making you pay each time. That should not be your responsibility.

I had such a great experience buying from these guys! I stopped in last weekend to *start* my car search. I didn't really give Nathan much direction as far as what I wanted, and he was very patient with me and showed me a few options. I ended up picking A Lexus RX after about an hour. There was an issue with the car that needed replacing, and the service manager was EXTREMELY reasonable in negotiating price, and very apologetic. I'm so glad that they took the extra time to make sure I was getting a great car! They worked to finish the car that day so that I could have it ready and drive it back to Montana. Nathan Brockway was fantastic, and Ken who helped me with the financial stuff was very personable, clear and efficient - which was great, considering this was my first experience buying from a dealer.

Thanks so much to all of you! I'll definitely recommend this dealership to my Spokane friends and family.
