My wife and I bought a Ford Escape for Larry H. Miller Toyota a little over a month ago. Within 38 days of purchase our computer engine, ignition coils, spark plugs, and dashboard instrument panel all needed to be replace. An estimated $3,000 in repairs. When I cam into the service department to talk to someone about helping us get the repairs, I talked to the service manager who told me I needed to talk to a General Manager. He told me he would pass on my information and someone would call me around 11 am that day. No one called. Then I called the sales department and asked to talk to a GM, non were in so I talked to the New Car Manager. He told me he would take my information and a GM would call me. No one called. The next morning I called again and spoke to a General Manager named Scott. He assured me he did not get the messages and that it is his habit to always call back. He told me he wants me to bring the car in so they can look at it and try to find a way to fix it at a more reasonable price for me. Scott told me that a scheduling guy would call me soon to set up a time for me to come in when their Ford tech was working. No one called. I called Scott back that evening and left a message that no one called and to please have the scheduling guy call me. No one called back. I called again this morning and left another message for Scott and still no one has called. Be warned everyone. Larry H. Miller Toyota Spokane will sell you cars that need $3,000 in repairs a little over a month of owning them, pretend they are going to help you out and never return your calls. They are not to be trusted. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!
