I dropped my car off in the morning, someone calle...

I dropped my car off in the morning, someone called me 1.5hrs after and left me a generic msg to return the call and when I do, no one ever answers the phone - not in Sales, not in Service, not in Parts, not the operator, NO ONE!!
I have not had problems at the Toyota dealership in the years I've been going there but so far, every time I go to the Honda dealership (3x), there is an issue!!
