Service advisor, Bradley, didn t listen to me answer the question he had asked me. Instead he spoke over me to explain how my problem couldn t possibly be happening since it rarely happened in his time working in the industry. I think I possibly caught him on a bad day however I still felt under valued. John, the shuttle driver is very pleasant, on the other hand.
