The fellows working at LHM are the very best.
They worked for two full days with me.
They are so caring and gracious.
I can t say enough good stuff about them.
My salesman Nick was outstanding and as the others working with me.
Trade in and finances weren t that good but by golly, they found me a wonderful vehicle I could get.

I appreciate the responsiveness without high pressure. Dan was always available to answer questions and handle my concerns. We don't live in Spokane and Dan made sure we had access to the new vehicle when my wife couldn't drive me to the dealership to pick it up. Thanks so much! My initial impressions of the CR-V are very positive.

We went in not having dealt with a dealership before, and didn't know what to expect. We were guided along, and given the utmost attention. Nick Daadouch, the rep who sold us our car felt like a relative by the time we drove off. He even gave us his personal cell number, and insisted we call him Uncle Nick, which we did. He was great, our experience was great, and I'll definitely return with business, and direct those in need to this dealer. Love the car!! They did an awesome job, even removed some troublesome sticker from previous owner without even being requested. What more could I've asked for?

I took my car on for its 1st oil change on Saturday morning. I knew Saturday would be busy, but they told me it would be no more than 1 hour and 15 minutes when I scheduled it a week in advance . 2 hours went by, I called and no one knew what was going on. Called back 15 minutes later and my car was JUST being taken in for its oil change. They had my car for 3 hours and then had to rush it through because I needed it for other obligations that I thought would be no problem to attend. Their sales team is awesome! Hopefully their service department was just having an off day, and next time it will be better.

Okay I took my 2007 Honda CRV downtown Spokane at the Honda dealership to have a tune-up put on it which included valve adjustment and spark plugs... well I just replaced my spark plugs today with new ones the ones I took out Honda did... not only did they not Gap my spark plugs but they broke the tips off and still put them in... I have recorded taken out my spark plugs my cellular phone the proof is all there... so I tell the people be careful Honda of downtown Spokane is stealing from people and ripping them off by promising us the people with professional quality of product and work. So I must say downtown Honda of Spokane cannot be trusted. I will never take my car to downtown Honda of Spokane for any work again... because like I said they broke my spark plugs and still put them in makes me wonder if they really did a valve adjustment on my car... or did you do the 4-way alignment that I asked for probably not...

The only person I feel comfortable seeing and trus...

The only person I feel comfortable seeing and trust is Justin. He is really kind, seems passionate about his customers and like he really knows what he is doing. I took my car into there a few months ago and before I took my car in all my window switches worked, after I got my car back a few window switches didn't work, that rubbed me the wrong way and made me lose trust in Larry H Miller Downtown Honda, especially since they said it wasn't their fault and wanted to charge me for them to fix... Something fishy there. It to this day doesn't sit well with me and I wish instead of trying to charge me they should of offered to fix the problem since it wasn't there until after I brought my Honda into their facility for a different issue that cost me an arm and a leg. I would of fought harder for them to fix it but I was full time student, full time job and full time mommy at the time, didn't have the energy nor time... If something like this ever happens again, I will just trade my car in for a different brand and never go to LHM Dontown Honda again.

Disappointed that Larry H. Miller is remaining open with the pandemic. How can you possibly keep the appropriate distance by selling a vehicle? Seem that you re not truly concerned about the community as much as you are your money. Yesterday Toyota has a stimulus check event. Those emergency funds are for people s bills not the purchase of a car.

I have an older Acura, and the service I received at Larry H. Miller Honda in Spokane was fantastic. They identified everything that needed to be done, and my car runs like new. I d also like to thank Eric, the service advisor, for making it such a great experience and getting me a good price. I m taking my car here from now on.

Dont bring your car to service area at downtown location I went for recall on passenger airbag. I never had airbag light our any lights on my dash before going there then they call me and lie say was on when it was never on now the srs light and passenger air bag light off after they replaced passenger airbag and wanted to charge me to fix it after they broke it. Horrible service if I COULD RATE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD.

Shay Reed made the buying experience so easy even though it was quite a challenge as there were a few hurdles on my end to get over. He took care of everything and never once made me feel like I wasn't an important customer. He had the exact truck we were looking for and made it happen! They made my first car buying experience a breeze! I've dealt with many not so friendly or overly pushy car salesmen lately in my hunt for a new car and the people at Larry Miller Honda were neither of those things. I didn't feel under pressure and they were all very friendly and nice. I bought my car on a Friday and had to travel out of state to get back home with it and they even called me on Monday to make sure that I made it home safe and that everything went okay. Great people and service!

Had an awesome and stress-free experience here! Worked with Dan and Randy and both were extremely helpful. Found a car that was right within my budget and was in an out within a couple hours.

Finance guy was super helpful in making sure I got the best rate and going over everything in detail to know what was covered under my warranties.

Highly recommend over the other car lots in Spokane.

We love these guys. We were on a road trip when our window washer stopped working. I called them on the road the day before we were to be in Spokane and they said just to come in and they would fit us in the morning.

We showed up when they opened. They were very friendly, gave us option's for a bite to eat while we were waiting that were local. Even offered to drop us off and pick us up.

The found out the system was frozen and just needed to warm up. They changed the Washer fluid out and sent us on our way in less then a hour. Was amazed.!!

If I lived in the area i would come to these guys all the time for service. They helped make our road trip possible.

I had a recall notice on my Civic mailed to me once I purchased the vehicle. I attempted multiple times to schedule the repair. The dealership was not cooporative with my schedule. After some time I was given the option to have a mobile technician fix it. Nice guy, got the job done quick. I was handed my keys and when I started it to head home from work, instantly was met with multiple lights on my dash including check engine. This car has ran very well until someone else was under the hood... I reached out and was told it's not their problem and that they had nothing to do with it.

Awful! I will not recommend anyone to purchase cars here nor will I purchase another car here. 2 months after I bought my car it needs 2500 dollars worth of repairs.. not what you want in a car or a car dealership when you spend upwards of 20k on a car. A big thumbs down to Larry H.

The Honda Service in Spokane gave excellent service. I was able to get my car in the same day that I called, early in the morning. The problem was diagnosed and repaired. The total cost was less than the estimate given. I was made aware of upcoming scheduled maintenance and what the costs would be. A shuttle service to work and back to the Honda center was provided.

Called Larry Miller parts department Thursday April 28, 2016, talked to Ken about replacing my drivers seat belt female side was broken. First thing he asked me "did you purchase your car here"? I said no from out of state. I asked Ken does that matter? He said yes! He wanted information that I had to get off the car and was very rude towards me. I got the information and called back and talked to Curtis. 180 degree's about excellant customer service. Curtis ordered my seat belt and said it would be in on Saturday. Monday May 2, 2016 no phone call from Larry Miller Parts Dept. I called and Ken and Curtis were off. The guy that answered said yes your belt is in, I will turn you over to scheduling. Appointment was made for Wednesday May 4, 2016 at 1:00 pm. My wife drove in from Sun Crest and they could not find her appointment! They finally found it and I was told it would cost the belt $56.90, with 1/2 hour labor around $59.00 dollars. So, an hour later they still haven't done anything to the car, they informed my wife that they had to "ORDER THE BELT"! Then another 1 1/2 hrs later they finished installing the belt. BUT, that's now' 2 1/2 hours later and she was charge $120.00 for labor, instead of the bill being a little over a $100.00 dollars are total is now $202.73. This is the second time that this dealer ship has screwed us. Never again, I will go out to Auto Nation are Parker Toyota and we are Toyota family. When I called to talk to a Manager to complain, just like another customer, there is no managers available and probably would not get any phone call back. And you talk about bad customer service!

Went in for a 30 min service on my car window and it now rattles. Was there for 2 hours before being told it would be another 2. The staff are not consistent and you don't get helped by the same person, they really need to work on their tone and customer service. Will not be going back

Excellent service all round. I was able to get an appointment at short notice and the service center stuck to the time and the service was completed ahead of schedule. They estimated an hour but it was about 45 minutes. All aspects were covered and the representative went through what had been done and what the results were. Will go back every time.

Larry H. Miller Honda Downtown promised me a set of snow tires when I purchased my 2017 Honda Civic. It s been two weeks since I ve purchased the vehicle. I called parts and asked why the long delay, the guy told me that the order for the tires had never been placed! Everytime I call the dealership to ask, no one knows anything. What a disappointment. They are not true to their promises. Worst dealership in Spokane! Such as Scam!!!! If you don t want to get ripped off, I highly suggest checking out other dealerships.

My experience with Honda was great! I kept in contact with Eric who helped me every step of the way. He updated me with price changes, part inventory, and estimated times. He was very helpful, going out of his way, and actively striving to get me the best deal possible. I am very thankful for Eric and all the technicians at Honda for getting my car fixed and back to me in a timely manner. I am very happy with my service and plan on going back to Honda for any future problems with my vehicle.

We had not purchased a new car in nearly 25 years. Trevor Baker was very patient and helpful as we asked far too many questions and wanted to look at a lot of options and their impact on the final cost. Once we made a definite decision, Clifford Barnes handled the finance and documentation issues exceptionally well. I know we took a long time and caused both gentlement to work late but they were very gracious and patient. It would be easy to do business with them again.

Hello,
I'm writing this review with my experience of Larry H. Miller for downtown Spokane. My wife and I had the delight to work with Shay Reed. Shay is a true professional and extremely personable. One cold late evening near close, in middle of December we went into Honda to just check out what the CR-V and the Pilot could hold and what it felt like to drive with no intention to walk home with one that night. Shay showed us the ins and outs of both the Pilot and the CR-V and was very helpful. Even with the fact with the dealership near close he treated us like celebrities.

When we got home we decided that we would go with the CR-V. My wife and I had no idea what we were doing but we decided to shop around for a CR-V with other dealerships. For the next several weeks I exchanged many emails with about 7 other dealerships including Larry H. Miller with Shay Reed. Shay was extremely helpful and what I liked about him is that he was patient, helpful, explained things to us, and was never rude or pushy throughout our email conversations. He built and earned our trust over many emails and negotiations. The other dealerships were exhausting, but Shay was a stand up guy. I would highly recommend Shay, and Larry H. Miller to any of my friends.

I am a teacher and we are taught to differentiate for our students and we teach them where they are at in their learning career. Shay did a great job of meeting us exactly where we were throughout the experience of buying the car. I applaud him for this which you do not see enough. Car buying can be a real chore, but Shay made it a pleasurable experience. I not only got a car in our deal with Shay but I also got a friend. Thanks for the great deal on the car and an overall five star experience.

We made an appt 1cweek in advance to check an airbag sensor light. After an hour, and incomplete diagnostics, the service rep came out and said it would take another 4 hours to check. This possibility was never told us in advance. In addition we had had the oil serviced a month ago and all systems were good. Now, mysteriously during the airbag sensor check, we're told the transmission leaks and $4,000 to replace. No sign of any leakage whatsoever. Scam! We won't go here again for any purpose. In addition, the receptionist who answers the phone each time we've called sounds half awake and not very adept at her job.

Our Salesman Bill knew the Honda product very well. We drove both the Accord and the Odyssey. He was very patient and showed us all of the new safety tech, and display tech.

We were looking for a certain color combo, which was not on their lot. Bill transferred one in the next day.

Our experience was very positive.

They needed to look at the part needing fixed and we scheduled for me to come back the next day so they could replace my visor. They were very respectful about my time constraints and had me driving out right on time/a little sooner. I really appreciate their help.

Horrible place, time frame is not realistic. Prices way above affordable. Shuttle is 30-hour wait times. Did an inspection and found things "wrong" with my car even though I knew the parts had just been replaced. Won't EVER return. :/

Shout out to Nick "The Greek",Andrew C and Christian!!! Our experiences with Larry H Miller Honda were amazing the last two times we purchased. The fist time was for my mom and she absolutely loves her CRV. The buying experience was great. We took her in and we were so comfortable with the experience we left her to make the deal alone (couldn't do that at most sales lots). Our personal experience with Larry H Miller was incredible! We have a sales person at another dealership we have purchased all our vehicles from but after our experience we will only buy here. First we went to their professional website and found the truck that was right for us. Then we spoke to Andrew Cowart and he allowed me to take a look even though the truck hadn't been detailed or seen by their mechanic. Most lots would have not only have been pushy about the truck they would have wanted me to take the truck that day. Not Andrew, he wanted to make sure it had been detailed, but more importantly that the mechanic took a look to see if it was safe and running properly. Upon completion of all of that Andrew called us back to finish the transaction. We worked with Nick "The Greek" to go over paperwork, and he is a model for what all salesman should strive to be. You can tell that his love of family, and his passion of the vehicles spills out of his big heart. He cares about the customer as well as the product and has been nationally recognized for his accomplishments. Lastly, we met with Christian in finance, he had a passion for boats which was great for us because that is why we were looking for a truck in the first place! He gave us information on that as well as a great rate. All in all, we have changed dealerships for good reason. Thanks LHM

The service was very helpful in explaining the need for wheel alignment and he assisted me in selecting the appropriate tires new tires for my needs. The work was done quickly and at a price that was competitive with other tire dealers. I found this surprising from a new car dealer.

I took my 2012 Honda Fit in for a recall service. ...

I took my 2012 Honda Fit in for a recall service. New software had to be installed in one or more computers. I wasn't charged anything. I have Larry Miller Downtown Honda do all the maintenance on my car.

These folks really know what they are doing. This was just a maintenance upgrade on a computer, but there's just something about having these folks work on my car... the quality of the work is like a value added to the car. In other words, you end up with something that is better than what you brought in. I like that!!

I've had other companies work on my vehicles and the impression I got most of those times is like a gorilla with a hammer doing some very complicated work. It's expensive and it doesn't last... no real value added there.

With the folks at Larry Miller Downtown Honda, I can't imagine how they could get any better than they are already. I remember an interesting comment from the Business / Office manager when we purchased this car. He said, "You will find this car's performance will get better over time." He didn't know he was talking to a genuine skeptic, but over time, that's exactly what I've seen!

I always look at things like there's cause and effect, cause and effect. I always look forward to doing business with these folks and the effect is always a value added to my vehicle... and two thumbs up for the people working for Larry Miller Downtown Honda. Excellent work and service!!

7/21-2019 - I just had a simple oil change done at Larry Miller Downtown Honda. It's a great place to go sit and wait for them to get the job done... quite a circus watching the antics of younger people waiting for their vehicles to be serviced. The Larry Miller Honda staff go out of their way to explain what was inspected and the work that was done and most people just accept that and are ready to get going. Their inspection missed the clutch in my fit. Maybe it's because it's because a new clutch was recently put in the car. I noticed the report on tire ware showed the rear tires evenly worn but the front tires were not. It makes me wonder if they ever rotated the tires on my car. I'll have to show them the report and see what they have to say about that. I still rate the maintenance efforts as excellent on my Honda Fit.

We were pleasantly impressed with our sales person Mr Gonzalez, HE was not a person to pressure us and he had all the answers to all our questions. Other than it took a long time for us to come to an agreement on price I believe this car buying experience was the best I have ever had. Thank you Willy very much.

I took my car there to have the actuator and door ...

I took my car there to have the actuator and door cylinder on driver's door replaced. I know what was wrong. They stated they had the parts at 10 AM and it would be ready by 2 PM. They would call me. At 3:30 I called and they stated they were still doing diagnostics on it. Really? At 6 PM it still is not done. The next day I never heard from them so I called around 3:30 to find out what is going on. They called me back to tell me it was done. They quoted $400 to replace both. I get a bill of 511.72 and on that bill is a charge for diagnostics! Also the service manager has on there that he spoke with me of other repairs that should be done such as brake pads, etc. He never once mentioned to me of any of the other suggested repairs he stated on the paper work he recommends. I will never go back there for any repairs!
It is now 8/4. Previous repair was on 7/23. When the lock quit, I got it in the shop right away. Now today for the first time since the few times I had to use the key to get in from the passenger side, we discover it no longer works with the FOB or key. I bought the car brand new and have used a key in that passenger door no more than approx 5 times and neither the FOB or key works? I did not test it when I got the car back from Honda 12 days ago since I assumed they tested it already after the did the repair on the driver's door! Now the passenger door does not work? It has rarely ever been used with a key so how can the tumbler be bad?

General Manager can bother to respond to a review but can't manage to spell my name correctly. He also assumes that there will be a return visit. After this "service" I have no need to return to purchase anything. Especially after the amount of money I've already spent there.

I wish I could give negative stars! I was called in since there was a promo on the NEW Honda crv @ 1.99% finally we got all the numbers right and I was told to sign and put a down payment and my car would be delivered in about two weeks. After the two weeks I went in to finish the paperwork only to find that the APR went to 2.99%. During that time I was also told that my loan would go to teachers credit union but they went to some place in Chicago. I feel that the finance person also fudged my email address so that I wouldn't get the survey. 100% dissatisfied and will never recommend this business, they are dishonest and didn't keep their words...

All workers in all departments are wonderful, Nick (the Greek) and Brian are so generous and always helpful. I m a returning customer, well... I used to be. We talked to the general manager to see if he could lower our rates since we struggle bad financially. Instead of being kind and explaining the process, he was trying to pick a fight it seemed. Saying it s his job, he deals with people like us a lot, he wouldn t hold our down payment because they are a billion dollar company and wouldn t steal like that. It sounds innocent but he was being very rude, almost rubbing it in our faces that he s better than us. He wouldn t let us borrow the car one more day to think if we wanted the car, which could have left us car less since ours was totaled. Overall he lacked empathy and refused to work with us. Also didn t like that we knew about some things and change his answers when he realized we knew he was lying. Very disappointed and most likely won t be buying there again.

We stopped in at LHM Honda yesterday to look...we were met by nick "the Greek" daabouch who provided us with a wonderful car shopping experience...we traded our 13 Honda Insight for a 16 Honda CR-V...this was our second vehicle purchased from LHM...we are so happy with our purchase and our experience that when we buy our next vehicle we will definitely go back to LHM Honda...thank u so much nick and the LHM staff
