Room next to freeway, road noise all night, said they were booked and couldn't move me, booked a room with a fridge and microwave, my room had neither and they could care less when I brought it to thier attention. Lobby is under construction sheets and tape hanging from the ceiling, I am sure there are better choices near by, not happy with my stay at all

I was there for a work training. So I didn't pay for it. That being said, the staff are extremely nice and accommodating! The room was clean. The carpet in the hallways needs to be updated. Over all a good place.

The rooms and service were great, they are in the middle of construction at this time but it didn't affect the quality of my stay, I've never been to Denver to know whether the location is good or not but it never seemed more than ten to fifteen minutes away from anything I wanted to go to.

This hotel is under construction from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm. We got to our room about 3:30 and were ready to relax from a long drive. There was no mention of any of the construction when my husband made the reservation. No notice when we verified our reservation and checked in on line the day before we were to arrive. When we brought the issue to the front desk, "Laurie", a front desk representative; blew me off and started a telephone conversation. Unbelievable!

So terrible... The toilet, tv, shower, and phone were all broken. Then they moved us into a new room and the phone was once again broken. Such a terrible experience, do yourself a favor and book at a different place.

We come to Denver for medical and the last thing we want to do is worry about our hotel. Upon checking in to our room the front desk staff were very pleasant and greeted my family with a smile & with warm chocolate chip cookies, which most definitely made our day since we had been driving for 10 hours. When we got to Our room it was clean, the maid/maintenance staff were very friendly. Every morning the breakfast staff greeted us with a smile and a very pleasant attitude. We were very pleased with our stay at Double Tree and would most definitely recommend to others. THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF FOR MAKING OUR STAY DURING MY SON'S MEDICAL TRIP A LITTLE LESS STRESSFUL!

Really nice hotel and being an Honors member is a nice plus as they provide water and cookies when you check in. They also brought a plate of cheese and crackers and some red wine to our room after we checked in.

Employees are nice and helpful. Breakfast is really good. Not impressed with the pool (which was super cloudy then closed) and hot tub(closed one day then not hot when it was open). On my last day there I had no hot water for my shower. They say if you have a problem they will make right. Their response was "oh sorry" that was it. I don't call that making it right.

This place was amazing! The rooms were large, the breakfast was very good, the service was outstanding. The quality of food was really attentive and the staff were so helpful and friendly.

Free cookie at check-in, but our bathroom was dirty when we arrived. Parking is hard to come by on the weekends because of the local sports bar, but overall great value for the price. Only downside was they advertised complimentary on the expedia posting, but its only complimentary if you are an at&t customer.

Room was nice. Hot Tub / Jacuzzi was broke and Pool was cold. When letting the front desk know that, I was treated as if I was making accusations and personal attacks toward the staff. The attitude was beyond condescending..... more like I was an employee questioning the authority of the manager. Was then given Free Breakfast coupons that were worth $30..... if I would have paid for that breakfast it would have been adding insult to injury. Extremely disappointed... spent money to go be treated like a middle school kid being sent to the office for talking back to the teacher.

Despite ongoing construction/renovation work, the lobby was tidy, and while the hallways and room showed need for update, both were well maintained and clean. The shower design of our room made it challenging to turn on without getting sprayed with a blast of cold water, but the bathroom was otherwise well-appointed.

Hotel is currently under construction so things feel unfinished, some rooms have all the amenities you'd expect but others are lacking. Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. Overall nice but I would like to come back after construction is completed.

Aside from the break-in of one of our vehicles, this hotel had an overall great experience. Our only complaint is that there are no cameras in the parking lot and they claimed no responsibility over the incident. Not even a markdown to the cost of our stay or any coverage of the damages done to our Audi A3 was offered.

So please be aware that you could be parked right outside of the front doors, with your doors locked and nothing of value in sight.. [Pictures Attached] ..and this unfortunate situation could also happen to you, during your stay at this Aurora Doubletree Hotel in Denver, Colorado.

After speaking with a few employees, it was brought to our attention that this isn't the first time multiple break-ins happen there. Which is infuriating, but we do however feel terrible for the family who had their whole car stolen and as Hilton Honor Gold Members, feel the need to warn others. Please be safe.

If you visit any dispensaries during the day, be sure to put away any bags with the locations or names because the moment anyone goes into the room and sees evidence of smoking you will be fined $300. When we checked out, the front desk sent someone up to the room to check the for the smell. After doing so they said the smell had been masked with perfume.

My wife and attended the Aurora chamber of commerce and rotary club's "State of the Base" event. While the hall itself was acceptable we both found the food absolutely terribly. I realize feeding a room full of people is tricky but plenty of other venues manage to get it right consistently, I expected better from a Hilton branded hotel. The other complaint we had was regarding the repairs they had underway. Again, I realize the importance of proper maintenance but not during the middle of the day while you're hosting two separate, large events. Room for improvement.

Great place and wonderful employees (Amber, Tristan, Ivy, Antwone, and Marcus are the best). I can't wait to see the renovations. The food is so-so, except the bar bites that Tristan created that whole menu is AMAZING! Have him create all your food.

Not Hilton standards. Paid too much for too little. Room was not ready even though i got a text saying it was at 3:20 and check in is at 3. The guy at desk was new, sassy and rude. Just told me he didn t know how long the room would take to be ready. Gave me two waters and 1 cookie for a family of 4. The cookie had a hair on it which i noticed as soon as he handed me the bag. The pool is dirty. No refrigerator in room and Staying for a week. Most all decent hotels have refrigerators in every room. Would not recommend.

This hotel is currently undergoing numerous renovations. This fact will be very apparent during your stay--particularly in the lobby and common areas. If you want a brand-new property that is pristine, modern and new, then you might want to look elsewhere (or come back in six months to a year).

That being said, the staff were very pleasant, friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well-kept, and the service was perfectly adequate for any need.

Offers a shuttle to airport for free and anywhere within 5 miles (give a $5 tip at least). They also offer free pickup from the airport if you call and arrange ahead of time. Didn't inform us this at check in. Nice pool.

Leycha at the front desk was so wonderful and accommodating last night. There was a problem with our booking through a third party and she took care of it while checking in a long line of other guests and never lost her cool. The room was great and clean. Lobby was under construction but is huge and beautiful.

Under renovation... Great location in Aurora. Room was comfortable, breakfast, and dinner in the temporary dining area were very tasty. Some noise but not a major interruption. Beautiful panorama of the Rockies from my room window. Access to lots of shopping and dining.

I have stayed here many times but most recently I had to stay here because o a delayed flight leading to a missed flight. The manager brought the shuttle to to DIA to pick me up and to take me back to the airport. The rooms were very clean and the staff is always very welcoming!

Very disappointed 1.) Skeletal remains of bedbugs, the sheets were a big disappointment, they were not crisp & may not have even been changed. 2.) The carpet didn't look throughly cleaned a rush job! Never again, we'll stay at La Quinta over Hilton any day. Hopefully La Quinta isn't owned by Hilton's

Well jep or whatever the hell his name is was beyond rude horrible customer service. Mind you I stay and double tree for weeks at a time. On a regular basis for work. Pardon my French f.$:ing worst service iv ever experienced, at one. Never would I ever stay at this location.

No fan in bathroom, no refrigerator, no privacy, i clearly heard sound from next door. Awful garbage can so small to put any type of garbage. Breakfast was joke, i paid extra for breakfast but reception guy totally forgot to give me voucher for the breakfast . A lady at the breakfast restaurant became unfriendly when she found out that I use voucher for breakfast. She gave me very uncomfortable seat. She said somebody already took the table that i asked already however no one used the table even after I finished my breakfast. Also.they charge $25 for accidental coverage that money should refund after check-out. It has been 8 days now since i checked out and money hasn't been refunded. I can't believe I paid $185 for this awful service. Right now all i can give is 2 star for this hotel vut if they don't refund accidental cover charge in couple days, i would love to give 0 star.

The hotel is undergoing renovations right now so I think they are renting out rooms cheaper than they usually would. My room itself was fine. I have gotten use to having a mini fridge and microwave in hotel rooms so I was surprised to not have them here. However, I did see one in the hallway when the maids were cleaning-- so, maybe some of the rooms do. It's nice to have when staying a few days so you don't need to eat out every meal. Free wifi, and worked fine for general browsing. I didn't try to stream anything. During my stay in early June 2017 one of the elevators was out of service, but the other two worked fine. The lobby was looking really shabby. The furniture looked so dirty I didn't want to sit down, and the floor was badly cracked concrete that was very uneven. I tripped a couple times despite the warning signs. They have an indoor pool, hot tub and a 24hr fitness room. The bed was very comfy and I always love the Double Tree pillows. The shower was really awkward, you had to get in to turn the water on and the fixture wasn't easy to operate so it was tricky to get the water temperature right. For some reason my room had the heat on when I arrived despite it being almost 90F outside. Maybe the last time it was occupied was a chilly night? Also, the cable was unhooked and I couldn't watch any tv channels but could see the on demand movie screens. I was able to reach behind the TV and hook it back up after I found the problem, but was still a little annoyed. Luckily, when I checked in the woman helping me gave me TWO cookies. So, I ate some chocolate and all was right in the world again. Overall, it was good for the price I paid, but not as nice as most Double Trees I have stayed in. The cookies and bed were consistent with DT standards, and those are why I chose DT in the first place.

Amenities and lodging were fine. Front desk hotel staff were horribly rude and unprofessional. We got locked out of our room while our 2-year-old was in there alone. After asking the front desk if we could get a spare key, the front desk lady refused saying the room was not in our name and stated it was a security issue. The security issue is that you booked the rooms with the wrong names and now our child is alone in the room. You couldn't get me to stay at a Doubletree again if you paid me.

First I will say the service was very good. We forgot a few things and they were happy to provide. The only thing that was extremely disappointing was the fact that the pool was "out of service" and this was never advertised anywhere on their website prior to booking. Half the reason we decided to stay was to enjoy the pool amenity. Also we booked a room with one king bed and ended up with 2 queens which we had to make work although we preffered our original arrangements.
