I could not be more disappointed in this place. Everything is outdated, TV "FLAT"screen was 10 years old,enhanced internet was slower then my hotspot then they keep my $100 cash deposit because of an accident that a 2 year old made. Really? Over some water that leaked from the bathroom onto a floor that was under construction? Their Moto is we'll make it right ,well I'm yet to see it. The lady from the front desk tells me, believe me I know how kids are I have kids also but I need your money. When I asked to see the damage she had to ask for permission if it was ok .What a joke. Those floors were under construction and you lost a loyal customer who spends hundreds of dollars at your properties every month because your staff decided a $100 was worth losing a loyal customer. So if you're gonna make it right show me or change your slogan because it's not true.
