The hotel was nice but this was by far one of the sketchiest places i have stayed at a double tree. The neighborhood surrounding us was very run down. Nicholas from Tampa a staff employee was also very rude to me and my fiance during our stay and I will not stay here again because of him!

Went for a conference.

Went for a conference.
The good:
- The front lobby, bar, and restaurant was really nice and modern looking.
- The bathroom in our room was modernized.
- The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
- Our shuttle driver was very friendly all 3 trips (2 train station, 1 to nearby dinner).
- The lobby Manager was friendly.
- The general Manager jumped in and was bringing orders from the kitchen to help, including my MIA balsamic vinegar and oil.
- One gal, whose name or title I didn't get unfortunately, was so helpful getting my second day's lunch pre-ordered, delivered to me in the lunch-workshop room, and checking up with me afterwards; I really appreciated her!
- My modified lunch salads tasted great
Needs improvement:
- The 2nd floor hallway and our room had a strange sour amonia-y smell. Turning on the air helped the room smell somewhat better. Worried it might be the cleaning products we didn't have them do the room the rest of the visit and as long as we kept the air on it was tolerable.
- The in-room bathrooms do not have any fans to clear out smells or moisture.
- The 2nd floor elevator stopped being able to go down Friday night and wasn't fixed until half-way through Saturday. We waited for 10-minutes Friday night as we heard the elevators pass our floor before we called to get assistance and then it was about 5 minutes before someone came up in the service elevator to let us go down. The next morning, we had to go up to go down.
- The first day, the restaurant was not staffed appropriately and was not prepared for the breakfast crowd or the lunch crowd and took way to long to get orders out. My breakfast English muffin came out cold & hard and the bacon was slightly warm. I missed most of my lunch- workshop because my lunch took so long and they hadn't let me order at breakfast to be ready at lunch. We didn't eat dinner there so don't know how that went.
The next day they seemed to have brought in a little bit more staff and it was a little better at breakfast.
- The women's room by the conference room seemed to have a sewer problem because it always stank like a mix of sewer, rotten eggs, and amonia no matter if it was first thing in the morning, mid-day, or late at night.
- Although the banquet staff were informed of my food allergy requirements and told that I welcomed their call to clarify and answer any questions, they did not call and seemed not to have prepared a meal for me until I got to the banquet room. A small salad came about 10 minutes later by what looked like maybe a kitchen manager who acted like she was "presenting" it to me. My tablemates and I wondered if that was my entire meal with that delivery & since my "entree" took so long to come out. After finishing my salad and waiting at least 15 minutes, I asked a wait staff to check and then after no reply and another 15 minutes I asked another, and finally after at least 20 more minutes and everyone else being done eating dinner and on to dessert, I got my "entree". It was a dry unseasoned chicken breast and *4* carrots! This while everyone else had an Italian buffet with salad, lasagna, Italian seasoned chicken with some kind of tomato sauce, seasoned vegetables (carrots, sweet potatoes, zucchini, squash I believe), tiramisu and fruit (green melon, cantaloupe, grapes) (oh DH got me a plate of fruit for dessert). Neither were a $50 dinner but mine especially not.
- Their shuttle service was very limited. None from the airport. They would go to the train station almost all day (small break from like 1-5am-ish). After 3pm they added trips to Northfield "mall" (an outdoor mall, 8 min drive). Although we were told they would go to places "around the area" when we called for a ride back from Stanley's Market, a cute indoor venue with shops & restaurants only 7 min drive, we couldn't get a shuttle ride back.
- I had been looking forward to the pool and hot tub that I was told they had, but the pool was too cold for me and the hot tub was outside without a covered heated walkway to it (it was 43 degrees at night!)

Nice place. This is an older hotel that has been refurbished and updated. Relatively close to downtown and less expensive than other hotels. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was accommodating to our needs. This hotel seems to have all of the amenities of a newer hotel, just older architecture. The free indoor (covered) parking is a plus. Neighborhood could be considered to be a bit sketchy.

Clean hotel room, polite and professional staff, good amenities from restaurants to pool Etc, in an area that has access to many shopping venues. This stay was paid for by someone else, however if I had to pay for it that would be the only detractor, the price.

It was fun, great customer service. Maria (front desk) was awesome, I wasn't happy with my room and quickly did everything in her power to fix it. Oh, she is a Dodger fan so even cooler.. :)

Nice room, comfortable beds and clean. Would have given five stars, but there was no parking spaces open in the parking lot.

But, even though it was packed to capacity, the room was quiet and we had our dog. It was a good stay, I would come back.

Good hotel with big, clean rooms. Cookies and pretzels upon arrival are always welcome :). Especially the renovated part is great! Gym is good, breakfast is ok (no egg station, what is up with that). Pool looks dirty unfortunately, so just stuck to the jacuzzi.
Only downside is that there were hairs in one of the beds upon arrival. Was too tired to go back to the frontdesk, so reported it the day after (and slept on the other bed). Besides that, great hotel to stay at and conveniently located between airport and city center.

I would give this place a 0 if I could. Stayed here for training and came back with bed bugs bites all over my body. The manager didn't seem to want to help or even act like it was a concern.

Great hotel and great rooms. Now I didnt pay for a room with a view so I ended up overlooking the roof, but I didn't care for a view. I had breakfast included in my room price and it was wonderful. If you can I fully suggest doing that.

Everything at the ART was gorgeous. The staff I met were incredibly friendly. Despite the ubiquity of the art (and there was art everywhere!!) the room and the hotel itself were quite sterile. If you like that sort of thing in your hotel, this is the perfect place for you. I prefer a homier atmosphere.

Great place to stay. Rooms are nice. Awesome location just off I70. Only gripe is sometimes parking is packed, however there's a garage behind the building that I had no clue about until the second day.

The downstairs and the amenities are nice. Cookies, as always, are yummy. Our room smelled musty and even with the air on was hot and stuffy. The carpet and wallpaper are dated and the nob pull for the shower kept falling off. The wifi was non-existent. Even though we signed on we couldn't get any of our devices to work.

I was here for an all day conference on the 4th floor. Closest bathroom was on the ground floor. Toilet paper was essentially sand paper. Much of the hotel is run down, broken tile, outlets, walls needing paint or paper. Low ceilings give a closed in feeling. Staff was kind and professional though.

Got a suite for $300 screen was off of sliding door. The room was very noisy from water running and mechanical noise air conditioner. The doors would not stay open and would close 3/4 of the way.

Shuttle situation from airport was just a little confusing as front desk and transportation weren't on the same page. However, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My room was lovely and very clean. Breakfast was great.

Con: Reserved a king room and got two full beds. Couldn't change it because their parking lot was host to some event so they were completely booked. Since their parking lot was being used for an event there was no parking. Toilet seat was broken. Bath tub plug was broken. Room was next to the elevators and ice machine so you heard both all night long.

Pro: Clean room and public spaces. Nice pool and patio area. Friendly staff.

Went for a friends birthday party, in a paid for meeting room, security shut it down an hour early, due to what they claimed was excess noise, where has anyone been to a party without some noise.

Catered to from the moment I arrived. They left nothing to chance when it came to my specific needs. I had the most enjoyable stay. Spacious room, dinner was excellent, service was wonderful!

This hotel had been around for years and is getting a nice facelift. The lobby has been totally remodeled and much more inviting and relaxing than the old setup. The rooms are underway and on par with it's competition. The only negative I had was I had an early go (4am) and the shower water never got warm. Of course, a cold shower is good for something, just not at my age.

Great time. No hot water in room the first morning. Informed the front desk. They had numerous complaints about it. They comped a nights stay and the engineering staff had the issues fixed around noon.

Hilton Hotel? Don't expect to much: The hotel is several years old. In the background we heard the air-condition of the hallway and the elevators going up and down all night.
Our bathroom was renovated and nice. The room was clean.
The (compareable not pricy) room had no fridge, windows were dirty even from inside.
4 stars? We expected more.
Next time I'll choose an other hotel.
Breakfast is offered seperately at the restaurant in the lobby.

Hilton Hotel? We expected more for that. The hotel is a few years old, which you can tell from the decor, furniture, etc. The bathroom was newly renovated and nice.
But what was annoying: You could hear the noise of the air conditioning in the hallway and the noise of the elevator drive all night. Perhaps that was an isolated incident in this room. Perhaps that bothers US citizens less, as they are used to the constant background noise from air conditioning, but I found it very annoying and found it difficult to get to sleep.
The (not cheap) room did not have a refrigerator, the window was dirty in the space between the panes and also on the inside. At check-in, a retention of $ 25 was posted on our credit card for possible withdrawals from the minibar. Only: the room didn't have any.
The next time we visit we will definitely go to a different hotel!
Breakfast is offered separately in the restaurant area on the ground floor (cannot be booked included).

My boyfriend and I stayed here about a month ago for a getaway to see the Broncos game. I'm usually in Denver for business, but he booked the hotel. At first, everything was great. The hotel is pretty nice and the restaurant was surprisingly decent for hotel food. I started thinking this might be a better place to stay when I'm there for business. Wrong. Friday night I went to bed early and there was a loud party right next to our hotel room. I let it go because I know trying to go to bed early on a Friday night is a little pathetic. Then Saturday night comes and there is even a louder party that my boyfriend and I legit thought these people were in our room. Turns out this hotel was renting out a banquet hall in the room right next to ours. They let these parties fun until 2 am and there was nothing we could do about it for 2 nights in a row. Who does that? Most unprofessional, disrespectful thing I've ever experienced in my life. I would never return here. I even shared my experience with my company so hopefully they don't include this hotel on the list since nobody will ever sleep here
