At the beginning of December I reported damage that falls under the household insurance. The reporting went well, but the handling is really dramatic.
We are now in mid-February and the file is still not finalized.
It seems as if Ditzo first deliberately spends a lot of time between mail traffic in order to save time. They have now had all the information they have requested for more than 4 weeks and they simply no longer respond to e-mails.

In short, incredible service.
