September 11 I have a leak in the bathroom.
Neatly reported damage 5 months later Still not resolved. now I have already cut open a floor / sink that I can not use and it is very dangerous for my children. (floor is carved for nothing problem is in the wall insurance knows that the problem is in the wall but does nothing)

Customer service does not take you at all seriously and is very unfriendly every time the same excuse my colleague who passes over has just gone (heard 4x already) then you hear nothing about it. We do not recommend this insurance to anyone.
