Basically ok insurance (basic health care) but I cannot change the collection date while it can be done everywhere else. I was also told very bluntly on the phone. Customer service and flexibility as good as the product remains something rare.

Edit: contacted by support, informed that they are making this possible, and receive a small broker by mail. I appreciate the gesture, of course, but I hope, also for other people, that effective work is done on the above. In fact, it has been treated very correctly.
