Not happy at all with how I was treated by DePaula...

Not happy at all with how I was treated by DePaula. The service on my vehicle was accomplished so I am satisfied there but as a customer and how I was treated was very disappointing. I felt like DePaula had the sale from me back on April 1st when they sold me the car but after that any and all other promises are now in the past. I called to have my vehicle checked for what I felt was something out of the ordinary for a newer vehicle. When I made the appointment I made it very clear I needed a loner. I was told to just talk with an adviser and he would take care of it. When I dropped the car off the adviser indicated he could not find the gentleman in charge and he was not answering his phone so I probably couldn't have one as this was a sign he had none left. Which is funny because when I went in the waiting area I found him waiting on other customers and signing out loners. I guess I didn't count. The driver who did drop-offs for DePaula had left already. So...I had to call a friend for a ride. I ended up being very late for a business meeting I could not miss. Nobody at DePaula seemed too concerned. As I said....they had my business at that point so they do not make any effort to go out of their way to assist me. I will not return to DePaula any longer. They have now lost my business.
