Had service done yesterday 10Aug18 because of the 2 free maintenance check ups with the purchase of any new truck/car. Mine is a 2018 Silverado 1500. Appointment was at 2 pm and I did not get my truck at till 4:40. Over 2 and half hours to change oil and rotate tires. I take meticulous care of my truck so I looked it over after they were finished and oil was left over the front grill and bow tie. Smudge marks left on front fenders, and oil was even on the front center console and drivers door. Will not be taking my truck back to get serviced by DePaula again.
