I had an 11:45am appointment today for an oil change, tire rotation, fluid top off and wash. Don McLennan met me at my door when I drove in. He assisted me with gathering my things as I carried my 3 year old inside. Don asked me if I had an appointment and what I needed, he helped me get settled and went right to work on getting my vehicle the service it needed in a timely manner. Don McLennan is a very good customer service associate. He genuinely cared about my situation and made that very clear in his "Down to Earth" tone and understanding. Don kept me updated on the progress of my service and at completion walked me through check out all the way back to the door of my vehicle. Don McLennan is the reason I will continue to trust DePaula Chevrolet for ANY and ALL of my vehicle needs in the future. Thank you!!!
