I set up an online appointment and received an email confirmation as well as a reminder about the appointment. When I got there they had no record of any appointment but we're able to work me into their schedule and take care of it everything. The shuttle service was quick and everything was handled smoothly. I strongly recommend DePaula for anyone looking for quality customer service.
