#1 I have been to the Dealership 2 times to take advantage of the free car wash both times I was told to "hang out right there" somebody will be with your shortly, both times i watched cars and trucks enter and leave the garage, while new people would drive in ahead of me to get service after about 20 minutes of waiting (standing outside) i got in and left.
#2 I was told the truck had a complete service when i picked it up a month ago that "we went thru the whole truck your gonna be all set"
Just happened to pop the hood to check the fluids and air filter and this is what i found...air filter was toast..I wonder what else I should check Differentials? Transfer case? Radiator? Oil looks good. Emailed you twice still haven't heard back.????????
