And what they tell you is already install in the car, do no pay for that. They do no install anything on cars and they cant sinply do that without your approval.

Oh my goodness, i can't even really explain to you all how pleasant this experience was. The dealership had many options, but what was ridiculously satisfying was my Salesman Sanjay Chadda. If you've ever bought a car at a dealership you know the hassle and hard times that come along with dealing with salesman, but none of that applied to Sanjay. He was right to the point and made me narrowing down my decision easy and fun. The longest part of the whole thing was me constantly asking for test drives, but he was more than patient and accommodating.. Thank goodness for this guy. I highly recommend paying him a visit if you're looking for a Used Car.
Got my 2nd Accord from Joe G. Very good team effort by these guys. Of all the many Accords in stock I wanted a combination they did not have on lot. It was apparently no problem from them to obtain from another dealer. No push to get me to get a car on their lot. Very good experience, again.

They gave me a good price via email, which was better than everyone else's. Unfortunately my good experience with that dealership ended there.
I scheduled an appointment and let them know what model and color I want to purchase. Arrived at the appointed time only to find out that they don't have neither the model I wanted nor the color to show me. Was given an excuse that they have another lot elsewhere and I need to wait to see the car I wanted. In the meantime I was offered to test drive a model that is higher priced. Was this a trick to make me spend more money? If so this does not work today, please learn to sell people what they need and want, not you want them to buy. Finally after I agreed to purchase another color (again without even seeing it) and asked for some accessories to be added to the car, they quoted me for the accessories and "installation" almost twice as they were worth. When I tried to negotiate and asking a better price, I was told by the salesperson Michael, and I quote: "Stop counting dollars and pennies". This blew my lid off and I left. Wasted 1.5 hours of my life I will never get back.
Bottom line: good online impression and price quote on the vehicle itself. Horrible in-person experience and aftertaste of the car salesmen of old when they grill you for hours only to exhaust you and extract more money from you.
I had the pleasure of speaking to Samiyah Winfield when I chose to come to this dealer ship! She is so sweet and thoughtful when it came to my needs and also was very very knowledgeable on what she was talking about. Finally was able to take my Element into the dealer to have the passenger air bag replaced. Took about 2 1/2 so I sat in the waiting room. Very comfortable chairs and a TV to watch. Plenty of vending machines. Coffee and tea are available.

DCH Honda truly stands for its name (Delivering Customer Happiness). I called Mark before going to DCH Honda, (Old bridge) for the advertised quote, the advertised cost for Odessey was exactly what quote I was given over email. When I arrived at DCH, Mark was on leave but he did tell me that anyone at dealership would honor quoted price. Paul Marques helped me when I arrived at DCH, helped closed the deal. I highly recommend DCH Academy, if you are looking for a New and/or Used car. Last July I helped my brother and my brother -in-law purchase their cars at DCH Academy. Both experiences were easy and pleasant. On both occasions, we went to DCH Academy already knowing which cars we wanted to purchase and at what price. DCH Academy took out any extras that we did not need. Today I purchased a used Civic and my experience was exceptional. It wasn't the car that I originally wanted because as another customer was already signing papers for that car when I arrived however, Cassandra Suveges suggested a similar car which was a better choice for me. This was our first Honda and first ever lease which presented a different mind set then an outright purchase. Our sales consultant, Joe Guzzo, made the process extremely easy, especially with his laid back and pleasantly upbeat personality. First, my wife and I each road tested a CR-V and an Accord before deciding on the CR-V. Joe explained the trim options for each model which helped us decide on the AWD EX-L. We next discussed the financial aspects of leasing versus purchasing and decided leasing was the way to go on this vehicle as we were able to get a more fully equipped vehicle for a lower monthly payment than would have been possible if purchasing. We were introduced to Akram Ali, a dealership manager, who assured us the dealership was their to assist us in every way possible regarding the acquisition and future service. Finance manager Lily Li was next introduced to us to go over the details of the financial obligation. Lily was truly enthusiastic about us getting our first Honda and appreciative of our doing business with DCH.
The car was picked up a few days later after being delivered to the dealership and prepped. After finishing up the financial paperwork with Lily, Joe took us out to the car and explained operating the remote start and door opening process. He next set up our two iPhone's for hands free operation and explained the various controls for dash and audio system display options, the electronic connectivity and charging port access, seat and stering wheel positioning, climate controls as well as the rest of the cars features. As we finished up Akram came over to make sure all was well and congratulated us once again on the new vehicle.
All in all it was a very pleasant experience for what we have previously encountered in other car dealerships as being somewhat stressful. I would absolutely recommend DCH Academy Honda and specifically Joe Guzzo to anyone contemplating a new Honda.
The people that work there are pretty friendly. They work with you to try and get a deal. The salespersons are never pushy about you making a purchase. They listen to what you are seeking and try to deliver. I brought my car from here almoat two years ago.
My wife went in to buy a car that she got quoted over the internet. It was truly the best price compared to Honda of freehold. To my surprise everything went very well. We bought a Honda Civic sports sedan 2019. Everything was in plain English with taxes and fees explained. All in all if it wasn t Samiyah who called and text my wife we would of waited till next year. It was a no hassle free buying experience with Rashad and the team. Make sure you inspect the car before you buy especially from here, few days after buying the car here I realized there was already oxidation forming on the fender and some overspray spots, also the body frame is starting to rust as well from where you place the license plate I was not told nor confronted that there was rust forming already from such a low mileage car and a car that s only 3 years old they were also other missing parts I was not informed until I had to figure it out on my own or from other people calling me out on why this was missing on my car, I tried getting a solution but the manager was not helpful at all they will try to hide any flaws and not tell you about them.

Stephen at DCH Academy was an excellent help to me when purchasing a new car. When I went to the dealer they didn't have the exact model I wanted in stock, as the car is considerably rare in that color and trim model, but Stephen was able to get one for me. I got a great price on the car I wanted and I could not be any happier. The experience was rather painless and Stephen was incredibly friendly, informative and professional. I researched the car I wanted for about 7 months constantly, and he knew as much as I did, if not more, about the car, which was nice to talk to someone who actually knows the car they are selling, which is more than I can say for a few of the other local dealers. This was the 3rd new car I purchased from this dealer. My previous two experiences where great, this last one not so much. Previously I could see the sales person working for me. They will offer oil changes, accessories, car wash, free loaners and will call to check on me and will answer emails. This time around I was constantly reminded that Pilots are in high demand - which means they have no incentive to sell the car to you as they can sell it to the next person in line. No email ever was answered. Then I was told that I was getting a huge discount because I had to wait 10 days. The price was actually $167 higher than the dealer's own quote to me via email. I got there some explanation that I was getting Nitrofill and wheel locks. Then they forgot to put in the wheel locks and had to go next day and wait 2 hours at service dept - no apologies. Just another reminder we want 'all 10s'. In all this was most unusual and uncomfortable sales experience I have ever had. The finance department - they are 10 stars.

This was the worst experience I encountered with a dealership. I came in to buy a used car and I spoke to them about the tire sensors being on. They said they would fix the sensor and get it ready for me to pick up. The day comes and first they tried to charge me more money without discussing anything with me. On top of that the sensor was still on. They told me to come back in and they will fix it. I drove back and they still didn't fix the problem. They told me to go to the dealership myself and fix it and let the other dealership call to confirm. Guess what... no answer. I was stuck paying for what they said they would fix BEFORE I leave the lot. They are the worst salesman I have ever dealt with. Avoid!
Bought a certified preowned Accord. Sanjay was great, never pushed me, and helped me find the car that was right for me. I worked with Bryan on the financing and he was also excellent. Staff is top-notch from top to bottom. If you are in the market for a Honda, this is the place to go to.
I purchased my second car from DCH academy pre used cars. I had a pathetic experience from this guys. I got the car and noticed car tyre making lot of noice. When I checked with the delaership (Next day of my car purchase) they didnt accept it as a mistake and asked me to purchase new tyres if I ant to get rid of the noice. They never care to provide good customer care and made me spend $600 on tyres the next day I bought car from these guys. The excuse they told is "Certification wont cover tyres". They would have inspected they car tyres and noise before selling the vehicles. I will never recommend these guys to any one.
We needed a replacement car recently and Honda CR-V was one of our choices. So, the first step was the test drive. I setup an appointment via DCH Academy Honda's website. When I got there that evening, I met my contact from DCH's internet sales department, who introduced me to Khalil Quraishi, one of their sales consultants.
Mr. Quraishi, with a friendly and charming personality, assisted me with the test drive while explaining and demonstrating the various features in the vehicle. Something that amazed me as I left the dealership was, there was no pressure what so ever. This is my fifth car purchase so far and this experience at a car dealership was a welcome change, to say the least. I returned for a second test drive with my wife, a couple of days later and once again had a similar pleasant experience. My family was also very impressed with Mr. Quraishi's demeanor.
I had done my research by then and had some quotes from other dealerships. DCH not only matched the lowest quote that I had received, but they were also able to find me a financing option with an APR lower by 0.25% than the pre-approved one that I had.
When we went to finally pickup the vehicle, it was clean and ready to go. The first thing Mr. Quraishi wanted me to do was to ensure that the vehicle met our expectations, which it did, of course. I also met with DCH's staff from finance and service departments who were also very pleasant to deal with.
Finally, I met with Stephen Chung, the finance manager, who patiently explained all the details on paperwork and answered my questions, before I signed on the dotted line.
This has been my best car buying experience and has changed my opinion about car salesmen and dealerships. When a future car buying need arises, I will reach out to Khalil Quraishi, without hesitation and gladly do business with DCH Academy Honda, even though they are not the nearest Honda dealership to where I live.

Bought a brand new car 2 months ago my windshield had a small crack in it. Took it bck to them hoping they can fix it. They worked a deal where theyll cover 99% of the work and ill just paid 1% the windshield and labor came about a $1,000 Only paid $10 and change from my pocket

We purchased a 2013 Honda CR-V from DCH Honda and could not be happier. When most people think of car salesmen, the first thing that comes to mind is sharks. That is not the case at DCH Honda. Our Sales Consultant, Paul Papis, was EXTREMELY HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and PATIENT. He walked us through every step, from Trading in our 07 Jetta all the way to Purchasing our new vehicle. He was never pushy or put pressure on us to make a deal. He explained everything carefully and we were completely satisfied. The business manager Hussain Chaudary was also extremely pleasing to work with. He walked us through everything. We had to come back the next day to get our Low Jack installed, and as he promised as soon as we came in, we got right ahead of the line. We were in and out in no time. Even after we purchased the vehicle and the dealership was closed, they did not once rush us out. Paul helped us understand many of the new features of our car. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used Honda. Avoid other dealers filled with sharks and go to DCH Honda, you won't regret it.

These guys are a joke. I needed to get out of my lease. They were offering a $500 payment monthly to keep my car, which I was paying $300 and wanted to stay in that range. Ended up going to freehold honda since oldbidge wasnt willing to work with my needs. Got into a new lease for $325 a month with freehold!!! Much better service, they work with you unlike old bridge where the manager said I wouldnt find a better deal than their $500 payment for the SAME car . Haha what a joke!!!
Indeed, it is not easy for foreigners to purchase used cars in the U.S. I searched the Internet for many hours. Some dealers provided cheap cars on the Internet. However, their reputation was not good in Google.
My friend recommended DCH Academy Honda and its reputation in Google is good. Fortunately, I met a very good dealer, Tim Crowley there. He has tried to explain everything to us in plain English and solve our problems for the registration.

We had past positive experience with this dealership so we returnted for a new vehicle purchase. Three hours later we left them without a deal due to their offer being completely ignorant of our clearly expressed wishes and also the need to keep our next appointment. Two of the three hours were waisted at Academy Honda by high pressure sales efforts of cost inflating items we clearly refused over and over. As we left, our sales man and his manager (we were told) followed us into the parking lot and to our car. A very uncomfortable situation it was.

I just took delivery of my Odyssey Elite. Overall it was a very pleasant and an experience. It was started with the positive experience interacting Javinder from Internet sales and in the showroom Our sales executive Armando was very professional and patient. He is one of the best car sales man, I ve interacted. Vipin from finance was professional as well. Went in the other day looking at cars for my son didn't plan on buying anything that day but Jesse was super helpful and I left a deposit on the car and picked it up the following day.
I bought a used car last week and I was told that all used vehicles are checked and inspected before sell, I trusted them and bought the car it was Nissa versa 2007. Next day I had two issues with the car, first the air conditioner work non stop even when I switch to heat mode and second issue was the starter that failed. I went back to the dealer to complain about the issues and ask to fix it. the seller told me that they re not going to fix it because it is a cheap used car and this is a risk that you take when you buy an old car. I was really disappointed about his answer and now I have to pay more money to fix the air conditioner and the starter.

Never visit this place I bought my Honda Accord from here & Had worst experience ever with sales person named Walter he is really bad in behavior & after service this guy is absolutely worst if you are going there never meet him for any work.if I can go beyond even 1 Star I will go for it....keep in mind never go for WALTER.

My brother bought a Honda from here, so I decided to give this place a shot. Ivon Lopez was our sales consultant, and she was GREAT. She was instrumental to making my experience as smooth as possible. I was a little apprehensive going into this, because it was my first car purchase, and I know that some dealerships have bad reputations, but Ivon was there every step of the way to answer any questions I had, and proved to me that DCH Academy Honda is NOT like the other dealerships.
Being a first time auto buyer, it was a learning experience for me, and I did make some mistakes by not being completely prepared with the documents I needed and stuff, but Ivon was patient, made time for me, and really came through for me. The finance manager, Dmitry was also very patient, and deserves a mention for being a stand up guy. Very, very satisfied with DCH Academy Honda, Ivon and Dmitry. Thanks guys!
I dealt with Armando when i went here and he was a good guy. Very straight foward and knowledgable with the 2015 civic. Very easygoing and doesnt pressure for anyreason. Definitely will deal with him again!
I want to express my disappointment with this company I bought a uses 2012 Toyota Camry from them and everything was good until 5 months later. I was feeling my cars transmission slipping, then I took it to several mechanics and realized that the cars transmission was bad. I reached out to DCH about 5 times and talked to management, but they never returned my call. I even tried reaching out to the salesman and he never called me back. I did speak with the manager one time and he told me that he'd call me back and was going to get someone to try to fix the transmission. Guess what I never got a return call ever from these people. I spent about 11K on this used car and I didn't purchase warranty because it didn't make sense to purchase it at the time, but I later realize that these people are the definition of c used car sales dealership. They don't care about customer service. They only care about making the sale and making money on you. Don't buy cars from these people. Be warned people.
**update 3/24/2019** DCH and their general manager Adrian A. Took my original complaint and made sure to make me feel heard and ultimately right their wrong. I am actually quite surprised and even more glad that their GM didn't try to argue with me or find a loop hole but instead agreed with me that there was an issue and the letter promised something they did not deliver on. We reached a deal as we should have the first time and the process was as smooth as it has been in the past. DCH is a stand up dealership, just this one time, customer service didn't trump sales.. however they made good on their word and delivered customer happiness. Salesman John Q was able to continue to work with us and complete the sale. No complaints there good guy and an asset to their team. 4 stars only bc I had to go out of my way to be heard but 5 stars for their ability to bounce back and take care of the issue. ******************* 3/16/2019 False advertising with no small print. Typically if there's a catch it's written and it's up to you to find it. This letter has no fine print yet they cannot come through on their promise. I have leased 3 vehicles with DCH and each time our payments get higher and higher. Great credit with them, no missed payments in 6years. Mom was just there 6weeks ago and was able to get a decent price after some back and forth but the. We felt uncomfortable some left. I go back today because I received a pull ahead lease letter (shown) informing me that I should come in and trade my lease in for substantial savings on my current payments and I get there only to be told the best they can do it gkve me a payment $100 HIGHER than my current payment! That's NOT what the letter states. And Id like to post the letter because I welcome feedback indicating where I may have misread their promotion. In fact, then letter specifically stated they have GREAT programs in place to help reduce Costs and instead was today it was likely Better programs that were available when I purchased my last lease or when my mom was there 6WEEKS AGO! love Honda, but if this is how they sell nowadays, I'll pass. By the way, if you don't lease with Honda again, DCH atleast, they charge you $350 for no longer being a loyal customer, but tell me, where's the loyalty for a customer who was looking to lease their THIRD car from them?? Loyal enough to continue to charge you $100 more per month each time you lease a new car with them. Marketing is marketing but this is just a sleezy lie. Sales guy was nice and personable, too bad those behind him can't back the letters they send out. He lost a sale and Honda lost a lot customer, for whatever thats worth to them.
