I have been a very loyal customer at a local Hyundai dealership for many years. I always thought I was getting the best possible service with them. Then I got in touch with Megan Byrnes and all that changed. From my first encounter with Megan until the moment I walked out of DCH Honda with the keys to a brand new Civic in my hands I felt like I was special and important to Megan and everyone else at the dealership. I never felt as if I was "just another customer" as I see now that is all I was at other dealerships. Megan Byrnes, Robert Levine and Paul papis all made me and my family feel like family and for that I thank them.
I have worked in customer service my entire life and the service I received is exactly what I instill in my staff everyday. DCH Honda should be very grateful to have such dedicated employees who truly love what they do. Thank you and you will definitely see us in the near future.
