December 28th, 2019: Bad experience again. Happened again where the service person Mike Rowe tried charging $149 for diagnostics, even when i showed the special on their website where they were advertising special of free diagnostics. It took some convincing to for him to accept the advertised promotion.
Kept the car from 2 pm onwards on Saturday and told me at the end of the day that they won't be able to get to my car today and that I need to bring back on monday. Service manager - Matt couldn't help much and just gave lame excuses.
Earlier experience:
The sales manager by the name Aaron was very aggressive and disrespectful. Selling is their job but not by totally disregarding what the other guy is saying.
He may be producing results in terms of number of sales but he needs to learn a lesson or two in good customer service. He made the car buying experience totally miserable. Never going back, and will tell family and friends not to.
I had good experience with the same dealership when I bought the car in 2010 but this time - worst. I would rate Rusty Wallis or even David McDavid Irving better.
Advice to others - do not get yourself pressurized by bully salesman and make sure you check the above dealership - I was especially impressed by Rusty Wallis' upfront bottom price.
