My tire problem was diagnosed within minutes and fixed within an hour. On top of that I got coffee, bottled water, and a personal escort to my car which received a complimentary wash. My Service Advisor, Tony Rodriguez, kept me informed all along the way. I was very impressed with Tony and David McDavid of Frisco. I live in OK, but when I come back to the Dallas area, I know where my CRV will get excellent care by the professional and friendly staff here.
