first thing, i scheduled for pickup 2 times, but no response and after i made a call, it was informed the pickup not possible.
did appoitment for saturday and dropped the vehicle and has to wait for 20 min in line before advisor comes. i feel like didn't take any sanitation precautions for COVID-19. didn't saw the removable seat cover, steering wheel cover and paper door mat which we usually see in every car after maintenance. this is scary part.
