Worst customer service ever by any Honda service center. You make the appointment for 7a.m ( first thing in morning ) and they say you max by 8.30 -9 your car will be done ( just software update ) and completely forget about the car, even though I mentioned them I am waiting and if it get late let me know so that I can go home. Only on inquiry at 10 they start working on car and online status changes. Worst customer service and representative (Devon) says this is how things are done , completely being un apologetic . I will never step back again here with this attitude towards customer.
