Another 5 STAR experience!!!!!
Now the reason might be for the 5 STAR Service could be that I make sure I always contact Matt Hackney-Service Advisor.
And Alex who always delivers the car to me with a great smile! He is always super congenial and has super cutomer service attitude. Always so friendly when he delivers the car to you which makes one feel good even when your leaving
So Matt might be part of the reason for the
5 STAR service I am getting ALSO the Service Mechanics always do a great job in fixing the problem (I just have never met them)and Alex following up with a great attitude!
I plan on only dealing with Matt so this way I KNOW I will always get 5 STAR service! Gideon my service dog thanks you for your kindness too! He loves all the love he gets from there!
