I had a fantastic experience at Dave Sinclair Buick. My salesman's name was DeeJay and he was amazing. Very patient and kind and just a generally nice guy. He was also very knowledgeable about the car I was purchasing and even stayed late to show me some of the features before I drove away. Everyone at Dave Sinclair Buick was great and the owner and manager introduced themselves to us right away. You can bet that I'll buy my next car at Dave Sinclair Buick, and I will recommend this dealership and DeeJay to all my friends!

This dealership goes above and beyond to make sure you feel like a valued customer rather than another number. The service technicians are friendly and knowledgeable, the sales team listens to what you re looking for and cares about your business, and the amenities are clean and well-taken care of.

At my most recent visit for regular service, Mr. Sinclair himself came into the waiting area to introduce himself and make sure everyone was satisfied and comfortable.

My 2013 Terrain only has 73,000 miles on it. It has an issue that a lot of other Terrain owners have, which is sludge in oil causes motor failure. It went through an excessive amount of oil and I took care of that vehicle. I paid close to $3000 for an extended warranty, but the engine repair was not covered. The engine completely went out when I was 15 miles from home with two young children in the car and it was 10 degrees. The engine repair, was going to be over $4500. The employee at the dealer gave me $6000 for the vehicle, but I still owe $1000 to Dobbs auto repair, $270. for towing the vehicle and sales tax of $2300 for a new car I had to purchase. My son asked me to buy my Terrain st this particular dealer because he s a police officer and Dave Sinclair is a police family apparently, and also because his wife works at GM. I m extremely disappointed in not only the Terrain, but in the lack of concern and nonchalant attitude about my warrenty not covering anything. The Terrain has had problems from the start. They kept my car 4 days, when it was only 2 years old, because the water pump went out already. The sludge in oil is a known engine problem with some vin numbers, but not mine. Why? I m very disappointed with my GMC experience. I bought a Toyota this time, because I had to have a vehicle. hopefully it will last and not have the problems that the Terrain had.

I have never had a bad customer service experience at Dave Sinclair. From the minute I arrive, I am focused on! That was definitely my experience with Chris Collins. He was so friendly and efficient. My car was done quickly and was washed and cleaned. Your waiting area is clean and comfortable. I always schedule for as early as possible in the day so the donuts are most welcome. And to have Daniel Sinclair walking through the waiting area and handing out his card to a great way to emphasize how committed this dealership is to customer satisfaction Kudos to all!

My husband and I recently traveled from Detroit, Michigan to purchase a 2019 GMC Terrain. We had Tony Sargent as our salesperson. Everything went smoothly. Tony was extremely helpful. While we were driving home with our new Terrain, the engine light came on, and the Terrain wouldn't drive over 70 mph. We kept driving back home and we took it to a dealership near us. Tim Hagerty kept in touch with us and the dealership our Terrain was at. Tim made the whole headache of experience a lot easier. Tim and Dave Sinclair made the decision to allow us to exchange out our Terrain with a brand new one. Tim had someone meet us in Indiana to exchange and I am now happily driving another brand new Terrain. We will definitely make the trip back to St Louis in the future!

Everyone was very helpful, but it took 5 hours to complete the transaction. They were under staffed due to covid 19, so the process was painstakingly slow. Two days later, the salesman took time to go over all my questions about the technology and electronics. He was very helpful and offered to answer and further questions that might come up.

Thanks to his patients and attention to detail I found my perfect car! Not only did he help with that but my car needed work done he made sure my car got to the dealership and he was extremely considerate of the car he brought me to drive. I highly recommend Dave Sinclair because everyone from the garage workers to the financial services to the dealer themselves Andre super nice and make sure you get what you need and go above and beyond the call of duty!

My salesman, Greg, was top notch and a straight shooter. I inquired through the online chat and my information was provided to Greg. He called me later that day to talk specifics. The next day, I was at the dealership test driving the two vehicles I was interested in. The pricing and payments were sent to me earlier that day and were true and correct even when I arrived on the lot. There was no funny pricing games to just get me in the door. I appreciated that. They had a wonderful selection and the best prices in the area. The next day we completed the deal and off I went in my beautiful new truck. I also want to recognize the sales manager, Drew. There was a small issue with the employee pricing authorization and as soon as it happened, Drew was there step by step to make sure things went smooth. Drew and Greg have earned a long term customer. By the time I left the lot, I felt like they had been lifetime childhood friends even though I had only ever interacted with them during this transaction...that is just their personality and style.

I had a remarkably pleasant overall experience buying a new car from Todd at Dave Sinclair. I really felt like I was treated like family. Their pricing was transparent and Todd was very knowledgable about the car's features. They took all the stress out of the car shopping experience. I felt appreciated and respected, which was quite different from other dealerships in town. They used text communication, but were also willing to answer questions over the phone. Financing was typical, took a while and they were very thorough about their warranty options, but again they were friendly and willing to let us choose what we wanted without a lot of pressure. I would definitely recommend purchasing a car from this dealership. Todd was extremely responsive and made sure I got the exact car I wanted.

They are the most friendly, professional group of people you could ever want to take care of your vehicle. I will not hesitate to refer them to family and friends. I helped a friend by dropping his car off for him . He needed some recall work done. Eric helped me. He was very pleasant and very friendly. He explained everything that was being done & when the car would be finished. And to my SURPRISE, it was done when he said it was going to be !!! Couldn't have had a better experience buying a new car! Tony Godfrey Jr. was knowledgeable and took the time to show me multiple vehicles I was interested in. The finance part was just as good with J.P. Detwiler who went over all of our options in detail and listened to our concerns. So happy to see our brand new terrain parked in the garage and know we got a great deal.

Quick, knowledgeable service from the sales rep, Brian Body. Very straightforward buying process with no haggling! Finance department could've been more prompt but I understand they were under-staffed and busier than expected. Do your research beforehand; friendly folks, searched around to get the best rate for my loan (I also checked), but aren't above pitching some unnecessary add-ons, like gap insurance.

Found this 13' Camaro listed on their website, wasn't even ready to be driven. Met with Deejay to look at the car, and go over trade-in/financing.

The service from Deejay made me feel unimportant and low. I got the impression he thought I was too trashy to get the car, and he didn't care if I ever bought a car from them.

Was there nearly two hours the first time, and they jacked the financing up. I had a pre-approval, but that didn't stop them from running my credit through nearly ten banks, not a single one of them was the bank I wanted to finance the car with. They also made me a pay a $500 deposit that day.

When the car was ready, several days after going to Dave Sinclair the first time, drove the car, fell in love, and decided to go ahead with the purchase. Even though everything was all setup and ready to go from a few days before, they managed to still eat up nearly an additional two hours of my time.

The internet is a powerful tool, and really helps you find the car you really want, but beware of these guys. Worst car buying experience of my life. I absolutely love my new car, but I will avoid returning to Dave Sinclair at all costs.

I went into Dave Sinclair GMC/Buick to look at both the GMC Terrain & the Buick Encore. I purchased the 2013 Buick Encore. I knew the exact colors and features that I wanted on the car but, at the time, there wasn't one on the lot. My salesman, Eric Enright, worked very diligently to find exactly what I wanted. Eric was terrific! He made the purchase a very pleasant experience and he has made a life-long customer. Thad, in Finance, also helped to make the transaction very, very easy. All in all, it was a great experience and probably the best I've had in purchasing a vehicle.

My experiance with you dealership was great. I had visited 5 different dealerships the evening I was looking at new cars. Even though it was getting dark and it was a chilly evening, I was promptly greeted by Nikki. I was not greeted at any other dealership, that is one reason I returned to Dave Sinclair to purchase my new truck. Nikki worked with me and my husband every step of the way. She was very informative and if she was unsure of an answer she verified it with someone else. NIkki was never pushy,and never tried to sell me something I didn't want. She was very attentive and listened to what I wanted, needed, and what was best for my budget. The finance department was also wonderful. Everyone was very friendly, and really tried to take the pressure off making such a big purchace. I am so thankful that Nikki greeted me on the car lot that evening, she truely made the difference. This has honestly been the best experiance I have had when purchacing a new vehicle. While I do not look forward to my daughter driving in a couple years, I DO look forward to coming back to Dave Sinclair and working with Nikki.

This is my first experience at Dave Sinclair and it was a great one. I scheduled an appt to have my cracked touchscreen replaced. My Yukon got right in and was done the next day. Clay was great to work with- he made sure I got the biggest rental they had. The price for the service was fair and everything was easy and smooth. I will definitely be back.
