My first time making a purchase here went great! My salesperson Jeff Bowen was quick to respond to my email looking for a specific GMC Terrain and a couple days later the deal was done. Jeff and his manager stepped up to make a deal when other dealers I visited drug their feet. Jeff wasn't pushy but gave me timely updates on what to expect and by the end, there were no surprises.
