Keith was super helpful; he talked us through four different options for our failed 17-yo furnace/AC combo unit - everything from bandaid repairs through platinum replacement. We appreciated that he didn't pressure us into making a decision - simply emailed us the quotes, gave us his card, and shared the service commitments we could expect from going with Pronto. This is a 5-star rating for Keith specifically; the only thing bringing it officially down to a 4 was that the receptionist recorded the wrong city for our address resulting in Keith heading to the opposite side of the metro and causing a 1 hour incremental wait time. Totally a one-time mistake, so we'll happily use them again.
