Update 06/29/2020 - DON'T HIRE PRONTO!! THESE GUYS WASN'T EVEN WEARING A MASK OR GLOVES WHEN THEY COME INTO THE HOUSE FOR GIVING ESTIMATE. The most critical was how Keith , the guy who came to give the estimates, came in. He wasn't wearing a mask. what kind of freaking company doesn't follow social distancing and not wearing a mask when coming to someone's house??? Every other vendor who will even wearing gloves and mask when they came to the house for estimation.

I wanted to give them one more chances and ask for code for new AC installation. Out of six beads that I got, there were the highest!!!! That is also with builder quality AC unit.

OLDER POSTED REVIEW: More than understanding issue of my HVAC, they kept on suggesting me how things are not set up correctly and needed to have complete redo on my zoning. All they did just manually opened one of the open vents and $149 charge. And a quote for redoing the zone again with almost double of what others offer. U guys should be service driven, not sales driven.
