I called our 'well known' company today because our furnace went out this afternoon. The soonest available appointment was to be NEXT Wednesday.
So much for paying extra every month to get quick service...
I then called Pronto. Three hours later they were here. Fixed our furnace and checked everything over really good.
Absolutely excellent service from the time I called until Logan just left
and told us if we have any problems at all to just give them a call.
It's such a relief to find good people that you can count on and trust.
