They came to do a service last year and look at a issue. The repair quote was $1500-$1800. But they insisted it's not worth it because this model, of one of the best heating brands, had a problematic design year and I should replace the whole thing for $8000. I just fixed the issue myself for $5 in parts!!! And it works perfect. So if you hear "this is a great brand but this one model had problems" get a second or third opinion. There must be some honest service providers out there. BTW, they'll reply "we have no record of this customer" the name here is an alias.
