Recently had my yearly inspection of my heating system. The Pronto tech, Jessica, did a very complete inspection and discovered a motherboard problem. She ordered the part, came back the following week, and completed the service call. This was in in-warranty replacement part.
Since I had Pronto install and service my furnace and air conditioning units, I've been very pleased with the customer service and attention to detail. The techs are all very professional and knowledgeable, and Jessica is no exception. I highly recommend Pronto if you are looking to replace or repair the heart of your home.
