We had a great overall experience using Pronto! We had issues with our air conditioning system working intermittently, had another company come out to help diagnose the issues (they had done work previously), and weren't 100% satisfied with the work they performed or the way our AC system was continuing to work. This led us to start to think about replacing our unit, rather than repairing it. Pronto was one of a few quotes we got based on a friend's recommendation, and while they were not the cheapest option, they were the one we felt most comfortable with due to the warranty, the knowledge of their techs, their service hours, etc. As part of the job we had our exterior unit, coil, thermostat, and water heater (unrelated) replaced, and since the work was performed we've had no major issues. In fact, since we upgraded our exterior unit and our thermostat, we've seen major improvements in the humidity of our home upstairs, as well as vastly improved and balanced cooling across both levels of our split-level home. I'd recommend Pronto in a heartbeat, and am looking forward to utilizing them in the future for work performed!
