A representative showed up late for a scheduled estimate, spent 1.5 hours of my time, and never produced a bid or contacted me again. Total waste of my time. This was a high dollar residential remodel project so I would have expected much more.

I was very clear that I was NOT looking for a cheap furnace but rather a multi-stage top of the line Bryant model with 3 levels of zoning. Pricing was never discussed. Bottom line is that Jack totally wasted my time. I had Pronto come out because I thought they were "top of the line" and that is what I was looking for.
