When your old and not into technology and your trying to reply to your Tech's performance, it is very difficult.....You need to at least in that message HOW ELSE to reply to your request. I'm using Email, I hope it works. I'm not into Google, FaceTime, etc, that's for my grandchildren to address but their not here.

We had service on our A/C & Heat Pump Friday the 24th. Service was as we always expect. He answered all my wife's questions so she understood. Before he left, she remembered service last fall and complaining about a noise. According to Her, he said he would turn something off (heat pump) and it would be corrected in spring tuneup. the Tech went thru all the notes of our History and could not find out what the issue was. Said he would add to notes so next Tech will address next Fall. We were totally satisfied.

I'm 80 wish and forgot his name Surprise.
