We have had a service contract with a local utility company for 25+ years. Their earliest availability for our inoperable A.C. was 72 hours from our call. Cancelled thatservice agreement
Called Pronto later yesterday afternoon. Tech arrived at Noon today. Listened to history of issue, said likely a failed capacitor, checked and confirmed same, replaced with new part from his truck, restarted unit and check temperature drop in incoming and out going furnace air returns.
Tech Daniel D. was great. Arrived on time, clean, neat uniform, explained what his was doing and why, pleasant demeanor.
Could not ask for a better experience from my first Sunday afternoon phone call until job completed.
