A few days ago during one of the hotter days this summer, one of our A/C units couldn t keep up and the temperature in the house started to rise.
I called Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning and scheduled an appointment for early the next day. Chris arrived right on time and began his diagnostic work, keeping me informed at every step. Within 15 minutes Chris determined that the A/C unit was low on refrigerant and gave me the price for repairs. He added the refrigerant and cleaned the coils, all in about an hour. It s now operating as good as new. From scheduling the appointment to the actual repair, everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Chris even found a discount coupon to apply against the bill.
