Technician was very friendly and professional. Enjoyed the thorough inspection he did as well as the back brief. One thing I was very disappointed in was the cleaning aspect. One thing on your website stated that goes along with the 21 point inspection was the cleaning of the furnace case and all the components.

After the technician left, I opened up the furnace and noticed it wasn t cleaned at all. Looked like he just gave it a quick wipe and that was it. I ended up taking a shop vacuum down there and really cleaning all the dust and dirt out of the case. For $99, I expected a better job on the cleaning.
