I would highly recommend Pronto to anyone. They were timely, professional, courteous, and they just plain do great work! My old furnace went out last weekend. We had it serviced Monday; talked to a sales rep Tuesday and had the new furnace (which is a quality product) installed on Friday. I like how they take care of the rebates for you and they offered space heaters in the interim time before the new furnace is installed. Great attention to detail!
