Jeff is a legend!! After ordering parts, Jeff was back within a day and a half to fit them. It was a little tricky but nothing he couldn t solve - so so pleased with his service. Fantastic problem solver, especially when things get frustrating. So pleased to have AC again!! Really impressed with Jeff s knowledge with Bryant / Carrier systems, hands on approach, and willingness to fix even the trickiest/challenging of jobs. I signed up for a maintenance plan - so pleased to have Pronto on board!!

I called Pronto based on a recommendation from a friend after we ve been struggling for a while with issues with our Carrier Infinity HVAC. We d already a few people come out over the last few months, there wasn t much progress with diagnosing or fixing any of the issues. Jeff from Pronto came out today and we have a diagnosis and a plan of action. Genuinely could not be happier or have more faith in a technician, he was personable, professional, explained everything he was doing as he ran the diagnostics tests and explained his plan of action. It s an expensive repair but Jeff was the first technician that made me feel confident that our plan was best way forward. Also, he was great with my big, loud and anxious rescue pup. Thanks Jeff!!!!
