Our A/C went out during one of our super hot and humid weeks. I called Pronto after calling several other companies that could not fit me in or were charging a service fee + mileage. SO HAPPY I CALLED!! Keith came out and looked at my old system (18 years) and we discussed options for fixing and replacing. I chose replacing. The next morning not only did the install show up on time, they were a few minutes early. Joe and Eli were absolutely fantastic. They did a great job explaining every step of installing the new A/C, and answered all of my questions. The area outside where the old unit was, was left to look like nothing had been in that spot and the furnace area in the house was left cleaner than when they had arrived. I highly recommend Pronto and am having them come out to service the furnace and help with some plumbing issues.
