I was very impressed with the service provided. A burning smell started to fill my house, coming from the heat vents. I turned off the heat & called Pronto. (at 8:00PM !)
Gigi got a technician to come out the next morning at 7:00 AM. Though my furnace is 17 years old, I chose replacing an expensive part over buying a new furnace. Peter was friendly and professional and did a great job in a short time. I'm very grateful.
