When our furnace died on a Friday evening and 5 days before Christmas, I was crushed. I found Pronto at the top of the Google search with a strong rating. My house was already below 60 degrees, so that's where my research ended. An hour later their technician, Robby, was at our house and gave us space heaters to use till a new furnace could be installed. 12 hours later (Saturday AM) their salesman, Jack, was at our kitchen table explaining our options. 4 days later (Tuesday AM) Jim was in our basement removing our old furnace and installing the new one. I honestly couldn't imagine it going any better...or any easier. I don't think anyone ever wants to replace their furnace. But now that I've had too, I can't imagine using anyone other than Pronto.
