Jeff Robinson from pronto came to our home. He was professional, knowledgeable, and left us with a comprehensive, accurate estimate of the water heater he recommended. Although he did a thorough job asking us about our home heating and A/C needs, he did not insist in selling us anything we are not yet ready to purchase, which is perfect in my book! We will most likely order the replacement with pronto!
