Pronto always provides the best service and today was a repeat performance! They provided an air conditioner and water heater for me in the past, so I didn't hesitate to call them when we needed a water heater for my son's house (while he is deployed with the US Army overseas). Luckily, Pronto provides service in my son's suburb and I was really happy to accept their quote which was, by the way, competitive and they offered a discount because I am a returning customer and my son is in the military. Everyone I worked with, from the incoming call-taker to the owner of the company, was professional and courteous and I greatly appreciate their help! Renee
