Blaine from Pronto did a wonderful job, He was prompt, quiet, clean and very informative. The only negative (though I hesitate to even lower the review by one star!), was that our water heater pipe started leaking at the solder point before he was out the door. My husband happened to run back downstairs for something while they were getting ready to exit and noticed it. Blaine spent another 20 minutes fixing the the spot and all is well as of now!
